easy mode means its manageable even if you dont have talent for the gameplay
not being able to lose is not easy mode, its baby mode
I was wondering the same... does 0.9 means it's almost done? 'cause if so, I'd rather just wait.

what did this update add? and was anything from before this update replaced? cause if it was, I would just play the 6d version I have before jumping into version 9

You can play directly from an old save, but may have to switch to coomer mode as the economy has been rebalanced as theirs now a second map. You won't miss any content-content though.
The main thing that happens this update is you knock up 5/7 of the cast
Not coincidental I think, but the Humble Bundle at this time has 3 iterations of Tropico to help those cravings this game creates after playing for a few hours.
Ahhh that's cool, thanks for the answer... yeah I think I'll wait 'til it's done to revisit it, I'm sure some stuff will be changed by then, I'd rather just wait for it all to be finalized.

Out of Touch has 27 h-scenes spread over 41k renders of content.
Tropicali has 28 h-scenes spread over 6k renders of content.
