You can try the cheat mod here https://f95zone.to/threads/tropicali-v0-4-story-anon.170751/post-11599863, but know the incest patch isn't needed to enjoy the game. The current implementation is pretty comedic and intentional.

Dont worry about that, SOMEBODY decided to report all the links with that option, and Mega automatically just banned the account.
