I didn't go through with it, but it seems like you have the option to support their relationship (ie: getting back in touch with one another and rekindling), or discourage her from reconnecting with lucas (ie: basically separating her from Lucas, encouraging only a friendship, thus possibly opening her up as a LI for yourself.)
Its been a minute since I posted that so I forget the exact dialogue but 99% sure you can indeed cuck lucas.
yeah he says during the beach arc that he'd be fine with it when MC was joking that if he met her when she was alive he probably could steal her from him... that might've been a spur of the moment thing given that dude could've never guessed that she was alive and now he probably feels differently... i went through with the choice but because the way MC goes on about it is not out of malice, not that i condone it but at least it feels like he's doing it out of concern. torch me for my choice but it's what i got from that particular choice.
Aight hope he gets cucked in future. I like lucas but game is game.
I just started part 2 of the game and i have one question
Does this get better ?
The story feels all over the place. The constant time jumps. Mc being an asshole to iris like seriously. Part 1 was awesome but part 2 feels like torture porn man.
so the update which is out right does it get better in this build ? do the constant time jumps end ? and mc finally stops being an asshole to iris and stops traumatizing her for life?

yeah he gets way better, he is being an asshole for a reason that you can kinda understand once you play but he chills out pretty quickly... also yeah the time jumps end at a certain point so don't worry about it.
it's just the start that's a bit rough at least imo.

Played part 1 and can't even play part 2 cause I can't port the save. I clicked on lost saves and put in the different choices and immediately get an error, so I guess I just won't be playing the game.

i have a question for the people that had enough willpower to pick the "wipe all of iris' memories".
how does the story play out if you pick that? just curious given that i don't think i'll ever go through with that choice.

yeah that'd be cool to know right? and also not just the first wipe her memories choice, i also meant the one where he doubles down and says that she needs everything wiped out
