I was playing the whole game again as I think there was few new render added to old scenes.
So I wanted to know one thing Sir Gary Bummer
Why "Saranhil" and "Zavnessos" eyes were black in the dressing room blowjob scene. Is there any particular reason behind it?

I just gave an opinion about an aspect of the game that could be improved, like constructive criticism, you know, when you see something in a work that could be improved and talk about it, and another thing, how exactly is it if you project yourself in a fantasy game with magic and fictional characters, something totally different from real life, there is a big difference between projecting yourself in something and giving your opinion about something.
The excitement is exactly what I want to achieve. I miss the old days of the Latest Update page where you would actually feel something when you saw an update for one of the games you like. Nowadays there's just so many small updates to try and get more eyes on your game that most of that excitement is gone for me.

I don't think I've added any new renders to older scenes. The black in their eyes was simply a thingy that happened in the reflection, wasn't intentional.
There hasn't been a reveal on the status of Ruru's cock for Saranhil. As for exactly how much she knows and or suspects outside of that, well, I'll leave it unsaid.
There's a distinct difference between saying "This game would be better if X" and "I would've enjoyed the game more if X". People like different things, and when you present a subjective opinion as objective fact, people will have strong objections.
If your goal is to give constructive feedback, my humble suggestion would be to present your opinions as just that: opinions.

MC is unattractive but I would hardly call it "messed up". He is short and has a small cock, but those play into his insecurities specifically. Personally, I believe this to be a core plot point and one of the elements I adore most about the satire of this series. Yes, it's an erotic game. Yes, it can be outright absurd and hilarious. Yes, it has netorare (sorta). But in a weird way it's also kind of wholesome.
Ruru loves the MC. Absolutely loves him. She is 100% devoted. She is also jealous as hell (no pun intended) and is doing not only what she believes is best for him but also what she believes is best for their future together.
Unlike a lot of netorare, even if she enjoys the sex, she's not doing it out of pure selfish desire that disregards MC. She's not trying to corrupt or take away his OTP in callous, callow, "chad" behaviors. She's not engineering situations so that she can punish or humiliate him.
Ruru sees herself and MC as the OTP of an epic love story, and every effort is to that happy ending. It's probably the most wholesome netorare I've ever seen.

No man, I know all that (although I skipped some parts of the texts because I found it a little boring), I just wanted to say that even if the protagonist was the way I said, it wouldn't change practically anything in the story since personality is different from appearance, like a person can be very beautiful and that doesn't stop them from being shy or insecure or not knowing how to interact with women, that's something that varies from person to person. Now, one criticism I have about this game is that it has very few scenes with the protagonist. I know it's a game with NTR, but man, the guy is just left with leftovers. In my opinion, he's one of those many failed protagonists out there. That's why I hardly ever continue playing a game just focusing on NTR. I prefer NTS more because the balance between the content is more present.

It's indeed been asked a few times, but I'm pretty used to repeating answers. Real life work experience, you see.
The plan is to have a few different endings, but exactly what they'll look like and whether some may be considered good or bad is up in the air. I have a decent picture of where the story will end up, but there's a lot of details that I won't pin down or commit to until I'm further down the line.
