hardworking dev is giving his best in making one amazing render per month, so just a bit more patience and support till the game update comes finally...if not this one, well, there is always new game/project, just to keep wheels rolling...stay tuned!

I think they do go by this website and not some other outlet. All he said was hello or something like that that you posted.
Anyway, the update was on 2-1-22 ( Thread Updated: 2022-02-01 ) so thats 3 month already. But this is just what i think. There isn't a clarification in the FAQ.
If he still working on it, he can just say hello to the admin and it will be reinstated. So the discussion is not very helpful i think.
I think also that the rules makes sense and takes the guessing out of the equation for everyone. But i know that lots of people are invested in a particular game and its sad to see a game written off. But its purely on the dev. Or the user that uploaded it. At least that would make sense since the dev is not here.

Feb 17th refers to Patreon it seems. The thread here was updated on Feb 1. So which does matter for the rules? I assume that one here.
Since we are at the 25th it does not matter anyway, since it already passed 3 month.
Seems to me the discussion is useless.
If the dev appears to deliver an update, then we will see. At least the game looked promising. Thats something.
