The True Facials folder should already have a Mods folder, unless you got the standard version, which honestly shouldn't even be here on this pirate forum. If said Mods folder is empty, then, if you have the zip file containing the mods, extract that into the Mods folder. I don't remember if the mods zip file simply had the files, or a folder with the files, but if there's a folder with the files, merge it with the already existing Mods folder.
In a nutshell, for there to be more than one character and background, your "True Facials" folder should have a "Mods" folder with a bunch of .tfa files. Is that clear enough?

If u'r talking about Reshade, yes, but you have to install the program first
does anyone know if you can load other characters after those who are already in the modification, for example Rey or Cortana

Use a desktop organizer program your desktop is so disorganized.

Probably not. A lot of rigging goes into the models themselves and opening them up with a unity scraper showed me A LOT of variables, like smirks, face settings, etc. You could theoretically rig a t-pose Cortana or whoever into it, but you wouldn't be able to even move her.

As has been said several times before, there is currently no possible way to mod other characters into the game. It uses a specialized file type which currently only the Developer knows how to use. He is working to make modding possible, but it is currently impossible.
Never had it with .41, was convinced the false positive noted on the upload page was the "A!m" not the "A!ml"
