Unfortunately people don't understand this term, we can have all these and just can turn off things we don't like but instead we just start complaining on these stuff.

I don't think they are complaining because there are futa/trans content.
I think people just see latest posts and think there is no straight content anymore.
Lack of "straight" tag for threads and developer(s) wrongly calling characters "mods" aren't helping either.
If I wasn't following the thread closely I would be confused too.

The word Mods is definitely giving wrong impressions to the new comers. Rather then Mods its more like DLC. I think the moderator should add more on the text then just mods, maybe add in brackets and add something like: Mods (For more characters Male/Female/Futa). And add straight in the tags too. AND even after all that if people still get confuse then holyshit fuck me man.

Do you, and in general users of this site, think a sentence like this would make clearer the "Mods/ Characters" thing?

Oh I see. You are asking about it in the wrong place then.
Best thing you can do is probably enabling fsr3 and using performance mode(or whatever it is called in the settings) instead of using other anti-aliasing option(s).
