How do you change the angle after grabbing? I know WASD will pan the camera but I can't seem to change the camera's angle after grabbing. The usual mouse-based camera controls (left click to orbit, middle click to pan, right click to change camera angle) stop working when I'm grabbing

Sorry I should have been more clear. Grab, release mouse button, rotate camera to a perpendicular position to the hand, then regrab the hand with left click. Now you can orient the hand/member easier. Definitely takes some practice, but worth it.
