So the guy returns after 14 month hiatus, when most people thought them dead. And system stability and framerates are worse, and the game still controls like ass. And we lost all the really good characters, like Mercy and Lara.

It has more advanced deformation system and better graphics, more characters will come back with the next build

It is pretty much on VAM Level now in non VR Simulation complexity (but overall some more issues) and with the unique Cumshoot results it has overthrown it on that very specific part no doubt.
But overall that it doesn't have to operate in the tight Performance Space that VAM has to operate in VR it isn't that impressive again with it's overall quality drawbacks.
The cool thing we can pretty much compare results 1on1 with Aerith and Cloud as the Base here on both
you can also improve the hair result especially with 1 but you can calculate with a 50% performance reduction practically for only improving hair stability and a bit AO and reflection quality.

Also VAM is not a game and this is, so plus for that. Some people just want to load up and play no fucking around. The new version shows a lot of promise, with some fixes and updates it could be one of the best around.
This dev is clearly very talented despite current issues. Look forward to next build.
How do i even change chars? i press in the menu to switch but it just reloads aerith over and over again x.x

For anyone about to ask why they can't switch characters: for the 4.0 update theres only aerith for now, as hes setting it up as a test run
Anyways, the 4.0 version was my first experience with this title, I got curious and wanted to see the other girls and tried the 3.9 version. A lot of people are shitting on the 4.0 version but I do have to say it is SO MUCH better than the 3.9 version even with the single character. Controls are still a bit tricky and getting everything into proper position can get really fucking annoying.
My only grip with it is that there is no proper settings menu or a way to play the game in windowed screen (When it comes to R-rated games I prefer it on windowed mode)
