P.S. The vanilla version is not very perfect yet, but even in 0.42 could do interesting things.....
t's a pity that not all characters have been transferred to the new version. Other characters have better topology and the ability to bend the body

You are confusing "reactions" with "chat".

If that's the case then it's a pretty easy mistake to make, given that the reactions are described in the settings as "fluid reactions", and the character was not commenting about fluids (nor were there fluids being created at the time). And I had the reactions setting turned off, too.
If there's a secret third kind of voice reaction that isn't controlled by either setting, but can cause the character to keep making the same comments every 5 seconds forever, then that's annoying too.

I don't mind hearing Ada saying "Don't push it rookie!", Aerith saying "I'm coming!", Marie saying "You're way too big." or Tifa saying "I can't stay awake." even when they repeat them. These voice lines add a little bit of flavor to an otherwise soulless scene.

I don't mind hearing Ada saying "Don't push it rookie!", Aerith saying "I'm coming!", Marie saying "You're way too big." or Tifa saying "I can't stay awake." even when they repeat them. These voice lines add a little bit of flavor to an otherwise soulless scene.

That's great. I'm glad you enjoy them. I do not enjoy them, and would like the option to turn them off, since many of the lines don't match the tone I want in a scene, and the frequency is irritating. Luckily, me having the option to turn them off doesn't prevent you from having them on.

And they really should be covered by the "chat frequency" setting because, like, what else is it even for?

What exactly is your point here? You're very committed to trying to contradict me here and I can't figure out why.

• I have chat interval set to "never". I still get these voice lines.
• I have fluid reactions turned off. I still get these voice lines.

So either:

• one of these settings is not working properly, which was my original complaint

or

• neither of these settings control these voice lines, which is stupid and I would like an option to control them

Like, are you trying to convince me the game is working as intended (in which case I obviously disagree with the intent) or are you trying to convince me that there's a bug (in which case........yes, that's what I said the first time)?
