I dont think it can be done yet. Maybe next patch? or if it hast been suggested (i think it was suggested sometime ago), go to Discord and suggest "tongue options" or something similar

The closest option is the licking animation or the "open wide" expression in the Freemode HG mod, but they are quite limited, there is no actual tongue command

actually, you can do it without the mod, by, in the normal freemode, choosing the "Ahegao!" expression. Of course, you'll have to fix the rest of the expression yourself.

December Devlog and the King's Choices for January



December Devlog
Hello everyone,
We're sorry to announce that our December release - v0.54 will have to be postponed until January.
There are several reasons for this, but the main one is that we've bitten off more than we can chew on some features. They've proven to be really tricky, and we need more time to get them ready. There are also personal reasons for some of our team members that are now resolved.
We'll keep you updated and share more details with you soon. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

I think the idea is that Henry will "go away" for a while. Though i see why some might feel that´s a possibility, i doubt he or the team are leaving for a while. Why i think so? The game is more popular than other years, it has a healthy comunnity (sure, there are some "bad apples" but every comunity has those), there is enough interest in the game that some modding is in develpment and the girls-bois are still being voted.

Well that’s frustrating, one the delay and two honestly those kings choices are kinda boring… half the fun of a new character is their outfit and that Judy character is just wearing like regular dirty clothes, I can’t imagine that looking interesting on another character or herself frankly. Maybe kitana, I dunno, we already kinda have a couple characters with similar-ish outfits. At this point I’m mostly hoping the new features are gonna be good, but I’m still guessing the feature is a real quick ‘oh shit, they figured it out’ addition of the mod customization features into the base game and that’s nice but like we have all that, cuz we have the mod. Tough news, but I get it.
