And since we are here, you may want to swap the DLSS in the main folder with the latest version (310.2.1) and maybe add frame generation and Ray reconstruction as well... they shouldn't work, but maybe they can be forced {dlssg - dlssd}.
the games still runs Dlss 2.0.12
No fps miracles.. but a better basic graphic and a big gain in using DSR for making videos or taking screenshots.
[Or maybe... to run it at 60 fps in QHD native AA with a 2060, but that requires a bit of tweaking.]

Checked that on previous version, but... Is it DLSS on, or FSR as writen in graphic options?
Hold "alt" key, find red left or right "upper arm" zone, hold right mouse button and drag.

DLSS is surely on in native AA of the FSR slider but you can't configure it in game, you have to do it via "nvidia control panel" (the old one) or even better via "nvidiaProfileInspector" (I will try it later). FSR overrides it when you set it to quality or lower.
Only you cannot visually confirm it since the game runs in borderless window, so the "NIS" flag does not appear when you downscale.
I'm trying a couple of tricks, if they work I'll post them

I made some tests and the results are... confusing [due to the cpu capping of this game]
The only certain thing is that DSR performs a hell of a job!, with (virtually) no loss in fps upscaling up to UQHD.
Also for underpowered systems, the trick to start the game in 720p with a screen resolution in qhd (DLSS and DSR working together), seems to give better quality and performance than the native FSR, so it might be of help for who's struggling to reach 30 or 60fps (gtx ..60 basically). With Nvidia cards obviously.

Native AA 1080p + Dsr 4K looks nice on your screen.
Thanks for reminding me about DSR, add some sharpness, but maybe too much a bit. )

Yeah.. that's impressive, specially considering the 70fps compared to the 19 in native 4k.
The sharpness can be set via control panel I think, normally 10%-20% instead of the default 40 is good.
In 30 mins I'll try to force activate framegen and the rest.. whish me good luck!

so, after tweaking via Nvidia Profile Inspector, turns out you can override quite a bit of settings to make things better, specially the lightning and reflexes activating Ray reconstruction,
yet the framegen still doesn't work (no big deal since you can already have a 4x at no cost with Lossless Scaling).
so it's worth only to make things better (and a tiny bit heavier).
all in all, considering the time needed and the higher power consumption.. for the time being.. not worth it

Seems to be cpu limited for me. I have a 7800xt and get 40-50fps but the gpu isn't doing a whole lot.
