This is the first time I've seen the project but I've only been on this site for about 7 months. This kind of free form stuff is something I always wanted back in the day of flash porn games on newgrounds. It's cool to see things get this far, I just hope it doesnt fall through the floor.

Unfortunately I'm more familiar with projects being dragged out for eternity with tiny updates so the dev can keep paying bills, instead of outright canceling the game

It didn't get an update for over a year, that's probably why you didn't see it. It was labeled Abandoned after going so long without any news.

Surprised there's only like 100 patrons for this project. I figure there would be more people kicking in a couple shekels for a game like this. It's more unique than all the NPC games that get made every 3 days.

The game was presumed abandoned back then hence the lack of patrons. I was surprise when it showed up again on the recent update. Though the camera work still need some work

Yes his patreon mentioned that this version is only for Aerith and Cloud to test out the performance. The full release will be about next month with the added girls.
