Material Selector V1
Created for TF v0.57 This is a lightweight mod that allows users to create their own material presets by adding them to the mod's .lua.
When editing a material color in game, you can save it as a capture to get the information necessary to save it as a preset.
Note that any materials saved are unfortunately only valid for the same character AND outfit. The names of body parts and clothing end up being specific and won't translate to other characters/outfits.
I hope to expand this in the future to make it easier for people to share their own presets by having the presets themselves stored in other files instead of the main .lua for the mod.
Note: The archive contains nf123's TalkMenuManager files, so if you already have that installed from other mods, it will mention overwriting. There's no issue with overwriting. If you experience an issue where after going into the "Material Selector" plugin menu, that you're unable to get back to the other plugins, then overwriting your existing TalkMenuManager_config.lua with the one in the archive will likely solve this.
Credit to @CallMeDrJones6911 from the Discord as I used their BetterSpeedAndFluid.lua as a reference/base for this as this was my first time making a mod using TMM

It's most likely the GPU, try downloading UnitySettings.exe (search button) and run the game at a lower resolution (like 720p).
If it doesn't work consider updating the drivers. Try also starting the game with the *.bin file.
Than you can use Lossless scaling or Optiscaler to run it at full res. with frame generation

your CPU is still decent despite all, yes, its old, but is still an i7 and is not ancient.. the problem here is your GPU, while true facials needs good CPU, the newer versions also consume GPU heavily,, sadly. it seems you will need to run the game with a way lower resolution plus adding fsr on balanced, try the game in 720p and see how it goes, to change its res,, you need unity settings, heres the progrm:

Black screen stuck when I open the lastest release, rip game. the dev sucks.

You're the second person who has an issue with the game force closing. (I just assumed that was the case)
I reckon it's GPU or straight up the game can't run/process well on AMD since the other person has the same/similar RX 580.

I believe its some compatibility issue with this version (I think the dev also mentioned issues on AMD cards), I'm running a sytem with a RX 580 aswell and previous versions are running completely fine. In this version however, the screen stays black (or rather grey) after the Unity splashscreen but I can hear the game sounds in the background and shortly after I get a notification that the gpu driver timed out (driver is up to date).

Ahhhh that, yeah that's a server issue or sumthin; pops up from time to time so nuthin to worry about.
So it's a probable rendering issue then and the GPU just; "ehhh fuck this I got no time for this shit." and crash the fuck out.

Just download [UnitySettings.exe] then place it in the main folder of the game.
Open the game through UnitySettings and configure your resolution and graphic from there.

How the fuck do you play? I can't find any instructions on the keybinds or anything related to just opening the in game menu whatsoever.
