After installing FreemodeHG v0.3 from Discord

Make the man sit properly
Control from TESTLAB, penis erect with penis ragdoll

Two symmetrical figures of women with the breast slider at max in this pose.

Put your tits on the erect penis as if you are giving it a titjob
After that, select BOUNCING 0.90>0.95 from animation and adjust the position.
If you add a little more back pain like in the video, it will look a little more realistic.
It can be done the same way as a solo titjob

as of 2025, there is only one other "supported" version of TF out there: 0.4b. There even are some mods for it in discord. If you want a very specific version of the game (0.3, 0.2, etc) you wont find them anywhere beside some highly questionable Chinese sites. If what you wanty is a previous 0.5, maybe you'll find them here in some previous posts
