The only and best option for any game where you can't hide the hud is Reshade with the ShaderToggler add-on.

That's the best you can get in normal conditions, than if you get reeeeeeeally lucky she will take both [you'll see the bj motion activated in both males],
but than spit one out as soon as you start the motion (bitch!)..
w/o being able to see the collision boxes, it's merely a matter of luck, and totally a glitch.
I was eager to write it, because it happened at the very 1st try... but than tried to replicate for over 1/2 hour and made it only once for 5 seconds
. maybe it's even character dependent.. if you have time to spare try the new ones first.

a .lua script has already been made for the character menu in freemode, you need just a simple editing. it's on the defcord.

Can someone post the mod(s) from discord here as well? I don't recommend doing it if your discord account has the same name as your name on this forum though. Discord "moderators" stalk here and atleast one of them I know stalks profiles to ban from server with shittiest reasons/excuses.

Open the script "FreemodeHG_main.lua" (in Mods/scripts/freemode) with a text editor, I suggest notepad ++.
Scroll down and paste the following lines under the "game PovHuman" lines.

It only still have that stupid confirmation dialog.. guess can't avoid that.

they havent been added because there was an engine change between 0.4 and 0.5. Those girls will be back, when? who knows! but we usually get at least 1 "classic" character with each update. Look at my previous post and you kind of see the pattern
