Not to be a broken record but, modz. There are retextures which change their appearance you can find on this forum or the discord. This thread could really use an FAQ or just like, a big sign that says 'there are many mods of this game, now' like what some other threads have where the major mods are next to the download links.
im not talking about TEXTURES here im talking about shapes (aka Morphs) re-textures are easy...

Your personal challenge: re-texture a TF model yourself, from scratch, with your own personal resource files, post the results here to show us all exactly how "easy" it is. You have 48 hours.
The characters have different hairstyles, faces, shapes, skin, hands, lengths of different body parts, different areoles, and nipples... but the game is boring because vaginas are similar.
LOL i don't need to prove to anyone but i did:
ETS2 Wintermod textures for someone (long abandoned from dev)
Minotaur for VAM with different textures variations (skin colors) and specific colors for horse dongs with separations.
And others personal VAM textures re-work
I have no interest in re-texturing TF..Would have preferred that there was mod tools for it that is compatible with DAZ so you can add morphs to it just like VAM.

I've made textures, models and maps for near on 100 different games now (mostly non-adult) and trust me, TF isn't easy, even if you know what you're doing. Honestly man, give it a try. Two days. Challenge accepted?
If we are talking about TF sure it can be hard without the mod tools,but in general if the engine doesn't sucks dicks to export textures,it CAN be easily done in general,i have no interest in textures work for TF even tho Rev10 with his 4k textures packs are amazing for the face and body at least (the eyes makes all the difference with his pack)..
im "wasting" my time already trying to make skyrim sexlab to my liking and VAM modding,so no thanks lol.

Good.... Imagine what exactly you want. Namely, a neat vagina with hanging labia, wide, narrow, with slightly sagging labia, and so on. At the same time, the color is different, as well as the animation of all this combined, so that there are no texture entries or the visualization of all this does not look like stone... and all this on the unity engine. Despite the fact that unreal engine home together has not learned how to get even into the hole. About other equally well-known games on the same engine, they have some problems, and this is despite the fact that these are scripted scenes where the maximum player is the speed and rotation of the camera.
No, I quite understand you. But I think the assessment is too harsh to be categorized as a "boring project" with all its functionality and visualization.

There is actually one person who seems to have succeeded, somehow, in making mods for the game which reshape the characters which could potentially lead to what you want, loler, they are on the discord and here but they haven't made a new mod for a long while, they said ages ago they'd upload a tutorial on how they did it but they just haven't yet, personally I am waiting on that.
The two mods they made introduced changes to Honoka's overall body shape and to 2B's clothing and body shape, which again is I think the prereq to doing all kinds of stuff, but they haven't shared how or done more yet. That was like for 0.53 or 4 maybe and we are on 0.55-56 now.
If I remember right I think I saw them say the process is extra arduous because it doesn't involve editing the model in blender or something and importing it involves using unity explorer to edit the bodies using scripting, somehow, sort of like just futzing with the sliders but with a lot more precision and with more options available cuz the game's code has a lot more going on than what there are sliders for, and then (somehow) saving all those edits to a tf character file.
It's been a personal white whale of mine for a long while to get to the point we can either import models or use some other method of editing the models, instead of just editing textures. I agree, although I appreciate the texture mods, I hardly use them myself since I don't particularly care as much about what textures they have on them if they otherwise look mostly the same unless you are zoomed all the way in staring at their skin. I think loler is just a lot more dedicated to it than we are, tho, since I guess the method they have is nothing different from what everyone does by using unity explorer but like with way more time and care involved than what anyone else is willing to do. It's just a whole lot of work for something which in theory wouldn't be that hard if the game wasn't built the way it is.
The TF vs VAM debate was raging a while back but the conclusion I think is they just do different things. VAM can do basically anything TF does but what TF does it can do 10x faster even if we are pitting a VAM veteran against a person who just downloaded TF, different priorities.
lmao im far from saying that TF is boring,its just "boring" to use all the same vagina types on every characters..at least 0.39 each character had unique vaginas..
Then I'm sorry. I thought you were one of the haters who just wanted to find and say something bad. I have such skills, so unfortunately, I won't be able to help you with this idea.
It's a good general point raised, though: ever since the reboot, the uniformity issue has become more and more obvious with Henry focusing almost solely on adding characters on a regular basis without addressing common model issues which DO make the game seem a little stale to many. Let's face it: most models are basically the same except the head. Most newly added girls all follow the same busty bimbo stereotype (sure, we can blame the patreon/discord voters for that). I'd love to see some attention to detail, but I also, at least partially, understand the easy money approach by directly catering to the instant gratification crowd. I think the idealism of making a unique game and pushing the limits has died long ago in Henry. But that's how the world works, sadly. If you want a better version of this game, you'll have to either do it yourself or wait for someone else to come along who does it. I don't see any realistic ambition within the project anymore, but hey, maybe Henry eventually does open up to the idea of community content and modding friendliness, before he eventually disappears again. One can hope.
P.S.: Funny that VAM is often brought up as the counter example, since it itself suffers from a similar issue under the hood, which is the strict adherence to the DAZ mesh restrictions, which heavily limits the possibilities of making more individual models.
