According to the reiliable taiwanese blogger Wan-King.lots, there will be soon.
In particoular the leak referred to an innovative UI system, based on the Android and IOS users specific attitudes, that allows the "characters interaction" by simply shaking the device, and shake it faster for speed control (much more convenient than the annoying sliders of the dsktop version).
A rumor lets belive that "cumshot" is activated by simply trowing the device after shaking, but it's not confirmed yet.
The leak ends by confirming the new UI is currently undergoing troubleshooting due to some complains by a lousy but respected minority of testers reporting crashes.

Though answered MANY times before, is always good to have this answer in mind: "no, there isnt an android version of TF". Someone tried before and his phone almost died and got very low fps. "No you cannot try the same with your phone." "No, there isnt an android planned in the future, nor for VR" "No, dont go to discord and bother the team with this suggestion, it´s not going to happen"
