I'll give you the short version. There was never malware in any version of True Facials. There was a program called "NTLEAS" included with True Facials that was run by the True Facials EXE that assisted with people not being able to run the game due to their system locale in Windows being different, similar to needing to be in a Japanese system locale for a lot of japanese h-games. This program has to do things in Windows that an anti-virus would see as problematic so it reported false positives.
With 0.58, since things had changed aside from this, it was seen as no longer needed and removed, so those false positives are gone now.

Hello everyone, maybe this question has already been asked or someone has encountered it, I couldn't find an answer, but anyway. Is there any way to organize the scenes so that they don't appear as one long vertical list? Maybe sort them into folders or something? I'm tired of constantly scrolling through the entire list looking for one scene, and there isn't even a slider to help me.

Not yet, they're likely going to implement something as it's been requested a lot. They added the favoriting captures feature in the latest release but that's all we have so far.
Only thing I can suggest in the meantime if the list becomes too long is to put the majority of your captures into a sub folder, then use your file explorer to find the capture you want, move it over to the main folder, and it'll be in the (now shorter) list. The list does dynamically update without needing to reopen the game at least.

You mean taking some away? not in the slightest, it will only make the list shorter and the game sometime freeze..
The heaviest stuff in this game is the characters idle movement and the complexity of some rooms.
Even adding characters has a relatively low impact (5%~) on Gpu performance, it caps the cpu long before the Vram

In the previous version (probably 0.56), we were able to open a talk menu mod by clicking on a character and making Cloud and Link bottom through this process. In 0.58 I've downloaded recently, with added character mods from the original post, this menu isn't there any longer. If I find the mod from previous versions and apply it to 0.58, would it work? Did anyone try this?

Yes, as far as I know, all of the mods that people created for 0.56 work in 0.58 as well. Don't be confused by the downloads on the main post for the characters/maps being called "mods", it's not the same thing. The Talk Menu thing you're talking about and other things like it are community-made mods and they're mostly found on the Discord server.
Copying these mods over from the previous version does work, but you need to understand the files you're copying because you might copy/paste some files not related to those mods and end up breaking something.
