Most likely the mod works with the original game and not the extended/patched game listed in the OP.
Both of the game’s central themes really appealed to me, especially the one about the husband’s systematic betrayal of his wife, which I think is extremely underrepresented in AVNs on this site. I also think the pacing of the story is perfect (except maybe for the very first stages with Alice and Jack’s rapey behavior towards her, which is, to say the least, completely out of character for him) and I appreciated the short but sweet moment of doubt the MC had.
That said—and I never thought I’d say this—there’s too much sex with the wife. She’s gorgeous, no doubt, the best model in the game, and I understand they’ve just gotten married so they’re naturally very active, but in a game it gets tiring after a while. Also because the sex is vanilla, the dirty talk is always the same, and if the first time it’s bland, by the 30th time it’s just boring. So while the build-up with the other women is, in my opinion, handled really well, this part gets tiring quickly. Sometimes less is more, and the dev could have put more care into those scenes if there had been fewer of them.
That being said, the story is interesting if absolutely unplausible, especially Alice’s development, but unfortunately the characters interactions are often quite poorly executed, even though they’ve improved a little as the game goes on (at the start they’re so cringe and stiff I almost dropped the AVN). They mostly boil down to a constant and exhausting exchange of compliments, with only rare and welcome exceptions (like the story exchange between the two sisters about the embarrassing episodes from their teenage years). Sadly, this kills the characters. I hope the dev fixes this in the next releases.
I also hope the story keeps its focus on the cheating aspect, even though the planned harem tag suggests it might head in a different direction in the near future, so we'll see, I suppose.

hmm i gave this game a try awhile back and was like meh, yes the MC's wife is Gorgeous and her sister too, the daughter is just okay IMO i personally would just stick with the wife and maybe the sister.
Played this entirely this time and its an okay game to be honest the sex if fine, wish it was more varied and perhaps more hardcore especially with the wife.
Now the weird part....I find myself wanting NTR or NTS in this game, and i actively try to fight against these types of games in the game itself and keep loyalty but here i don't know why it feels like its missing from the game, even her cheating or them Swinging, This is the one game where it almost feels like it should be in it, his wife is so dam hot that i find it hard to believe that no guy would be trying his luck with her, and as horny as she is and "experienced" in sex as she is it just seems weird that no guys are tapping that or trying to, let alone the fact that she hid her daughter from the man she married so she's not exactly an honest woman and the Daughter doing Photography seems a missed opportunity as well, yeah its a classic trope but still she's innocent and naive.
The sister is a horny bitch too so would be easy for situations for NTR or NTS there as well, Just my 2 cents on this game.

who says they aren't trying to? just because she doesn't cheat doesn't mean she never gets hit on. being horny doesn't mean you have to fuck anything that shows interest; it's entirely possible to show restraint, to be horny and yet still be devoted and loyal in your relationship. and with how often the mc and his wife have sex, i'd sure fucking hope she's experienced by now.

Regardless i am entitled to my opinion whether anyone agrees or not, while i am not telling the Dev to change the game i just feel it could of worked in this scenario as i stated i play NTR games that have "CHOICES" and try to fight against the NTR as if u check my post history i have stated in several games and i think it would of worked in this case, at some point the wife will probably realize the MC is cheating and if not then she clearly is not a smart woman, and what happens then? she gonna accept a harem? if u let the sister blow u on the toilet the game ends so i dont see how she would be okay with him cheating later on in the story.

Your whole point was, the wife is hot, so there should be ntr...there's so many ntr games around i'm sure you find some and doing both harem+ntr isn't that good of a idea, as seen by most games which try.
As for the ''fight against ntr'', yeah, no thanks. Most games which do that are really bad at it, most of the time it's just safe guarding the LI. One wrong choice and she's falling on another dick...just makes the LI in question all around bad if i constantly need to ''protect'' her from cheating.
As for how the wife will accept the harem, yes, i'm curious how she will come around, that's a rather important part of the story after all.
Harem+ntr works when it is optional especially when its not a route, plenty of games pulled that off infact i would say only in the recent years people have gotten this idea that ntr games shouldnt have harem and they gatekeep the harem tag which is weird. Its just a tag use the exclude tag feature.
Feels like the opposite to me - NTR fans have repeatedly gone into several harem game threads I follow and posted over and over that the game should have NTR (even after the dev has replied clearly that NTR will not be a part of their game). So over time harerm fans have gotten quicker to proactively shut that down as a reaction to that trolling. (Maybe harem fans go into NTR game threads and do the same thing...but I doubt it because most harem game fans don't want any part of NTR games.)
In fairness both sides probably have immature jerky posters that the decent folks on both sides have no control over, so we probably all just have to suffer.
