Could even be one of the main reasons the ex is not allowed to see the child(ren) if he/she is the one who left - to try and pressure them into coming back by denying access to the kid(s) otherwise.

they went from first getting the idea of finding a bigger home to already having closed the deal and moved into the new place in about three days, of course the story isn't realistic. it'd be great if the realism was a bit higher, but the main focus here is having lots of sex.
My point is that the sneaky/cheating aspect only works for so long before it starts to feel so absurd that MC is now sleeping with 57 side chicks and somehow the wife has no clue (even with 2 in her own home) that it pulls anyone with at least a few brain cells out of any chance of immersion in the story. "lots of sex" is fine, but quite a few people who play AVNs instead of watching porn are looking for at least some story between lewd scenes.

Exactly. He may hate or be obsessed wtih his ex and try to take advantage of the custody to hurt his ex, but I don't remember (I may have forgotten) anything about him hating his daughter to the point where he cares nothing about her life/safety.
