"I want choices that have consequences!!!"
"No, not like that"

It's a no win scenario.
as i see it, the real barrier to having "meaningful consequences" is twofold:
- devs don't want to write five different stories that all branch off from the same starting point, which which strongly limits how much meaning your choices can actually have
- most players want to be able to romance all the love interests in one playthrough, which removes most of the rest of the potential meaning

because of these two issues, the most meaning any given choice can have is changing a scene or two, maybe adding or removing a couple scenes; nothing that'll actually change the story, though, because if it did then the dev would have to split their time between two stories from that point on. if you look at games that have done that, they're pretty much universally a) released all at once when the game is finished instead of in chapters monthly/quarterly/etc and b) not harem games.

Perhaps not quite as excitement-packed as the previous couple of updates have been.
Still. Giving that absolute MILF of a wife the love and affection she deserves? 10/10

This immersion complaint is odd to me. I have seen so many people complain about the lack of meaningful choices in a game. What can be more meaningful than a Game Over choice?
Calling a game over a meaningful choice is like saying that quitting the game counts as player choice.
How meaningful of a choice can it be if the game immediately says 'no, you can't do that'?

hey, so the extended edition file, goes in the root folder? or in the "game" folder? cause "just put it in the game folder" could mean either lol

In the "game" folder. Remember that for games based on the Renpy engine, this is practically a rule of thumb: all patches and mods are placed here.
