A lot of artists seem quite receptive to feedback, maybe they'd be open to the idea of having an alternative like Fanbox available for international customers?

Other R-18 websites such as fanbox and ci-en have created their own payment platforms. You need to purchase points from the payment platform first and then use the points for sponsorship. You can also use platforms that are widely used in Japan such as bitcash to purchase points.

They have JCB and are far less affected than non-Japanese users. All we can do is adapt to Japanese payment methods, and it is very difficult for artists to adapt to non-Japanese users.
