Looking for turn based combat games where the game is more focused on the gameplay rather than seeing sexual action nonstop.

Key features that I'm looking for:
-genuinely challenging gameplay (What I mean is that you need to actually think about what to do instead of just overpowering everything with 1 strategy throughout the game.)
-leveling system
-class system
-gear progression
-management elements (Like having a house/town to upgrade or you need to have things to survive daily.)
-resource/equipment with drop chance (So you would need to grind the game and feel rewarded for it.)
-I like grinding games, so it's just a bonus if the game is grind heavy

What I'm not looking for:
-text based games (Even though I'm looking for gameplay, I still want to jerk off and I need visuals for that. It can be text based though if it has visuals)
-open world 3d games
-real porn
-gay content (if avoidable it's fine)

Optional:
-medieval settings (I'm not into futuristic settings nor guns, but great gameplay can change my mind.)
-no time limit inside of the game (Although, it could creat some challenging gameplay, I would like to make progress in my own pace.)

Personal notes:
I know about RPGM games, they are kinda designed for this stuff, but I don't have good relationship with them. I tried to play multiple ones throughout the years, but ended up dropping them eventually, because they didn't really have what I was looking for. So don't recommend RPGM games, unless the game is a known banger or has a good reputation amongst the community.
I don't hate RPGM, it's just that they are really similar in gameplay, and they just become monotone pretty fast, but I'm down to give them a chance.

Thanks.

Sengoku and Kichikou Rance fit this description, in fact they are absurdly hard. You don´t need to play the previous games to get into them nor to really understand the story. From the two I´d recommend Sengoku rance since it´s more recent. The game is more focused on gameplay than H content.

Venus Blood hollow - This game is mostly about unit/army management and placement, you don´t get to control the course of the battle that much. It has a lot of difficulty settings so you can make both unchallenging and mind numbingly hard. It also has a roguelike aspect since when you lose or finish the "campaign" you get the choice to restart while keeping your economy upgrades and unit levels - this kind of replaces the notion of grind in the game. It kind of has a lot of sex scenes though.

I can't name many good turn-based games, and almost none that aren't RPGM.

Sengoku Rance and the VenusBlood games have a good reputation, though I haven't played them much.

News Desk is a deckbuilder card-game type of thing with asymmetrical mechanics against an initially stronger opponent. It's engaging for the first few hours until you come out on top. And there is event/resource grind in between the card "battles".

Simply Mindy is a turn-based life-sim with many possible endings. I think it's most comparable to the Princess Maker games. Can't remember how challenging it is, but it deserves a try. Not a combat-focused game, but has an adventurer job with combat mechanics.

Now I will cautiously recommend SKA for having pretty good RPGM gameplay, imo the best ero-game I've played. It's not exactly a fap game though. Not in the first 10 hours or so because of the slow corruption.

-genuinely challenging gameplay: yes, on normal and hard difficulties.
-leveling system: yes, but it's not impactful. There are much stronger sources of power-gain, in particular upgrading gear.
-class system: not really
-gear progression: only one set of equipment, but you're always upgrading it. There's also a permanent slime companion you can feed and upgrade.
-management elements: yes, corruption, curses and optionally addiction have to be managed.
-resource/equipment with drop chance: no, there's very little RNG in the game.
-I like grinding games, so it's just a bonus if the game is grind heavy: no, the game is designed to not have grind, i.e. performing the exact same action consecutively for power gain. Enemies don't respawn and quests aren't repeatable.

Karryn's Prison is probably the most popular RPGM game right now, but I don't like it as much in terms of gameplay, it's a lot messier although it does integrate the sex into the combat system.

-genuinely challenging gameplay: sometimes. It's unbalanced, there are too many variables and RNG. But there is also a hard mode which I haven't tried.
-leveling system: yes
-gear progression: there are a few gear upgrades.
-management elements: yes, there are many different upgrades to the prison and MC, Order and Control have to be managed to avoid a game over.
-resource/equipment with drop chance: no
-I like grinding games, so it's just a bonus if the game is grind heavy: there is a soft time limit to the game, but yeah, it can definitely be grindy.

Wow, I wasn't expecting to get replies this fast, thank you!
The ones that caught my eyes:

I watched the hentai of this and really liked it, but I thought it was based on a VN, so I never looked it up. Seeing that it has gameplay to it, it makes me super excited to try it out. :D

Looks interesting, just looking at the art alone makes me want to try it.

Cute protagonists, definitely gonna give it a try.

The modded versions of Corruption of champions that improve the gameplay are way more fun then the base game
