Sheesh, you guys want a game with 99 hscenes and 99 choices right out the gate, but that's not how it works, development takes time, either support the devs and enjoy sizeable monthly updates or come back in 3/4/5/6 months, don't diss the game bcs it's second or third update, you have some game devs that give you half the update size of Azienda every X months, so...

I'm going to be honest. Paying for access to v0.2 left a bad taste in my mouth because we are still in the build up phase of the story. It is for that reason that I chose not to pay for v0.3. I don't want to be disappointed again and have to wait yet another month for the main part of the story (the NTR) to start.

I might change my mind if someone says it's worth reading. However, I haven't seen anyone make such claims. Just people saying that they are looking forward to the next update. To me, that sounds like nothing really significant happened in v0.3; just more build up. I'll probably jump back in at v0.4 or even v0.5.

YMMV.

I don't think this opinion is uncommon, I also only bought into .3 because I felt .1 & .2 were too early. If you want a bit of context on .3, I'd say the climax of the update has finally set the stage for the more 'hardcore' NTR scenes. What follows after will be a turning point for FMC's character, because continuing the way she has would definitely be compromising some of her values. (I could also see this being one of the points where Felix manages to save himself depending on choices).

For me (based on my playthrough of FMC's story), I feel like the main issue with these current updates is the sexual overtone might be a little too subtle at times, which makes it less sexual 'tension-building' and more just reading a slice-of-life story. I'm not sure if there's a way to mitigate that and still keep it as a slow-burn, but it's definitely one of the things I've noticed. If there are any plans to revisit earlier parts of the story in future updates, maybe adding a sprinkle more of sexual tension will help with that feeling. It's also possible that it'll be a non-issue in the context of the full game so take my opinion w/ a grain of salt.

I too love a good build up in an ntr and wouldn't mind a slowburn. Although that is only if the game is completed and I can play it at my own pace.

My issue with turning the page is the monthly waiting time during the build ups. There's like a month of waiting between v.0.2, v.0.3 and v.0.4. That's like someone is jerking you off and then stopping before you climax(v.0.1 and v.0.2) and then they would only jerk you off again after a month(v.0.3) but then they stop again before you can climax and have to wait for a month again. I 100% believe that Turning the page is going to be great once its completed and you can play it as a whole

I think you can make more money if you make the free version with build ups and cliffhangers (the jerking off stage) and then the paid version the reward(or making them climax stage). If they don't pay, then they have to wait for a month to climax.
Aha but can you tell me how that could work with a big game? I prefer it to stay like this, those who can get an earlier version and can play slowly, that way they can get to the good stuff at once when is out too, basically patrons can finish the prologue and set up early so they can jump at the ntr.

In the beginning, a slow-burn game might seem boring, especially when all you want to do is jerk off, but it's all going to be worth it in the future when the corruption begins.

There are a lot of NTR games that concentrate only on sex without spending any time developing the story. This results in a poor player experience because there is not much substance to the story. A lot of things happen almost instantly, to the point where you feel as if you're watching random sex scenes. You should never do this in a NTR game, where the story is the most important element.

I'm glad the developers are taking their time fleshing out the characters and slowly breaking in the heroine. They are one of the very few good creators that I know of, so I hope more people start supporting them.

I gotta say, I was very much looking forward to this game. But so far, it is nothing like their first game. While the first game had decision after decision, there is a grand total of zero decisions to make in this game so far: making it entirely linear. Maybe some people like that, but I find little enjoyment in long-winded text boxes devoid of player interaction. On top of that, the NTR has lesser impact, because I know it was not my decisions that led me to that point, which makes it so much less personal. I'm hoping this will change in the future, but so far, I do not have a good impression from the two releases.

Thank you all for the positive comments, and also for any constructive criticism, any feedback is really appreciated! We are working really hard to make this visual novel something much better than what we have done in the past, and also to continue to outdo ourselves, with increasing quality in all aspects. We can't wait to release the continuation!

Hi! Yes, as it is mentioned in the notes, there will be choices in future updates. This first phase is a big build-up that we decided to do compared to the first two games to better flesh out the characters. Kyoko and Misumi were relatively "fast" (especially Kyoko) at reaching the NTR parts; with Sophie we decided to make a more in-depth build-up to allow players to get attached to the characters and better enjoy... what will happen in the future ;)

For now, what I suggest you to judge are the art and the writing, choices will be part of Turning the Page very soon!
