Most that do that just resort to the blackmail cliché.
MC could have a perfect magic dick and be the best lover in the world and all a dev has to do is use the tired blackmail trope to corrupt the girlfriend/wife. It's a boring overused method, but it does the job.
Just look at most NTR games and female protagonist games on this site. Almost all have some sort of blackmail story that pushes the girl into being a sex-crazed slut. Devs don't have much originality anymore.
