Man i've played almost every Harem game possible as i don't play non-harem games..and i'm playing this coz i can't find any good one, and i don't necessarily want to play a Cool-ass MC but i definitely hate weak and perverted MC ( who can't mutter a word in front of a woman without looking stupid and all day thinking of Tits)

Might not be the game for you. The MC is, by many standards, not bad at all. And given where he starts (as a failed, ugly bastard), he's surprisingly wholesome and caring (albeit yes perverted) if you follow the seduction path.
But if you don't like the character or the LIs, I'm not sure there's a reason for you to keep playing. Everyone has different tastes, after all.
