Of course, it's an outrageous assumption, and everyone's guessing that the last character is the doctor, but I'd like it to be a bit of a surprise, because the doctor doesn't seem to have a strong connection to the character that's out there right now, the teacher and her daughter, the sister and her best friend, and, you know, if there's at least one independent character whose content can't easily relate to our daily lives, After all, who goes to the hospital every day.

The common theory is that the doctor will be Aiden's mom. That is the connection.

To be honest, I like have a relatively small harem whilst also having a bunch of extra women for either one night stands or the occasional fuck.

Well, at least the option should be available, many will fuss over being forced to get them, I mean it's just forcing harem and gotto catch them all theme might not be that great idea, so who are all the main LI's family and Steph right? Those characters are all great so there won't be many issues with people. He made the loli content optional so that other content might be.

I dont think the loli content is "optional" just skippable, its my understanding that it still happens, we just dont see it. Which is how I imagine he would implement skipping other LIs, because writing a bunch of dialogue that supports another route sounds really annoying
