OH! My bad, didn't know that it came from the dev and not in-game info. Now I definitely think that we need a spin-off/extra chapter showing the heroines lives in the future (not now, now we need the next update soon to see how it will be the school life of the mc now that Vicky wants to fight for him XD)
I don't think that's strong enough for an extra chapter or spin off, but I think a couple of scenes where the MC thinks about how the characters end up compared to how they are now that he is/has changed their life(hopefully for the better)

I don't think that's interesting enough to carry a whole side story. But what I think would be interesting if he posts some pics every now and then of what happened with them in the of timeline. Just when he has a month where he doesn't have anything related to the actual update or so.
Though that's just if there actually is something to tell. Hard to day how much time he has spent thinking about what happened in a timeline that's never actually gonna appear in the game.

I wouldn't say that it isn't interesting enough: It actually can help to give more context and more relevance to the changes on the current timeline (and it can be a short story actually, not something too long). But yes, probably it can also be implemented in some way inside the story (like flashbacks from the mc with his family) but it could be harder for characters that the mc didn't have any kind of relationship in that timeline.

Not a bad read. I enjoyed it for the most part. Only two things I could really complain about so far. Around day 4 or maybe 5 the spelling takes a nose dive. Like countless instances of words just being spelt wrong or using the wrong word completely. Like I can fix it in my head while reading, but having to take a second look fairly often started to get pretty old pretty quick. And the second thing is that at times the narration gets a bit much. Like I can enjoy some steamy descriptions as much as the next person but at times it just feels like it's waxing poetic far, far too much and for too long between actual dialogue or inner monologue. Aside from that, it's been really good.

Weekly development update
Alright, I had a bit of a health related situation last Sunday which is why that dev update was kind of rushed. I would have ignored it but it happened again on Tuesday so I got kind of forced to get it checked out. The good news is that everything seems to be fine, the bad news is that there wasn't that much progress regarding the game. Not even because I didn't have the time (I had more time than usual), but mostly because I had a hard time motivating myself to work on the game between all of it.

That said, I still got some writing done, namely most of the school scenes although I've barely written any of the variations yet. The whole school part of the update did turn out quite a bit longer than I had anticipated but I underestimated how much stuff needs to happen when I said that v0.10 would be a bit more compact. Still, its nowhere near v0.8 or v0.9 in terms of density yet and I highly doubt that it will be and after the school stuff a bigger chunk of the day will be skipped since it will mostly be the MC working in the potion shop.

Or at least, that's how I intended to do things initially as I did have a bit of an idea for some scenes with Emily, Alyvia and Mya while they wait for the MC. My only problem here, and even though we already had a few scenes without the MCs involvement, I'm not actually sure whether I want to do such a long part of the game completely without the MC. Accordingly I thought I would be a nice idea to see what you guys are thinking about it. For transparency sake though, this won't be a "I do what you vote me to do" kind of poll but instead more of an opinion poll. It could very well happen that I do the opposite of the polls result if I realize that its better that way.

Anyway, since I'm still at writing and there isn't that much to showcase here I'll do a outfit preview next week and maybe another outfit poll where the results are actually binding.

Opinion poll: How do you feel about longer segments of the game taking place without the MCs involvement (No lewdness between other characters of course)?

I'd rather segments without the MC not go on for too long. If they're brief that's fine but I think it's better to just learn things when the MC learns them.

I don't see a problem with having scenes without the MC being present. It's interesting to see how the characters would interact “off stage”. Not to mention that these scenes could be used to build other scenes in the future. Besides, in theory these scenes would happen anyway, showing them could be considered an extra for us.

I like the prospect of having scenes without the mc. They certainly shouldn't be the main content or anything, but there's nothing wrong with some longer scenes of just seeing the other characters interact.
One of the things I like best about this game are the well written characters and that, unlike a lot of other harem games, it doesn't shy away from having a lot of the cast interacting with each other and having different relationships to each other.
And it's fun to see different characters bouncing off of each other. It's would be fun to see how Mya reacts to Emilies boyfriend secret. Or, given how invested she is in Alyvia's relationships, if she will be able to tell that something different is going on with Alyvia, given how she's suddenly ok with being broken up.

I like scenes without the MC; beyond the scenes showing the other characters having their own lives, they're also a good way to essentially get a different POV perspective ON the MC and his actions. We already see the other characters monologuing a bit when the MC is not there (Jacky in particular), so having two or more of the eventual harem do so isn't a big deal to me.

It's your game/narrative. Do it your way -- as you have so far -- and maintain your artistic integrity. Maintain your quality and keep the story relevant to the core meme -- even if the MC takes a back seat for a while.
One thing is certain: if you try to please everybody you will end up pleasing nobody
Best wishes.
