weird why are rendering not starting? is not rendering and writing together more efficient, unless the dev only have one pc?
There is also to consider that perhaps he is rewriting parts that he isn't all too sure about. It would seem better to make the renders when you are sure there will be no further changes and only concentrate in one thing at the time.
And multitasking is the easy way to make mistakes in what could be otherwise a walk in the park.

hmmmm..... I think I understand your point... for some reason i feeling like a lot dev getting excuse hopefully I'm wrong. other if that the case, I have other question If so, why dev don't continue thinking and start writing next update while rendering current update? rendering have a lot down time im just curious...

By rendering we mean not only the rendering itself (which is done by the computer and takes very little time for HS), but also building the scene, selecting the environment, setting poses for the characters, selecting angles, post-processing, etc. This takes up 99% of the rendering time. And it would be very reasonable not to redo it because the script has changed. In fact, such an order is very correct for a single developer.
