To be honest, I don't know BaiBai's position on subscriber-only bonus render leaks. If it can motivate some to subscribe to him I do not want to give them. For my part, I never give out links when an update is released. BaiBai doesn't even have 450 subscribers and since the game is on HS2 he won't be able to put his game on Steam either. I hope you'll understand my reasoning.

Is it best to fully commit to one route for a girl or will you get locked out of some scenes if you don't have enough seduction/corruption because you split the points up?

You can mix them up, but the seduction and corruption scenes are mutually exclusive. To see all the content you can play twice, first full seduction and then full corruption
The choices are basically either corruption or seduction. You will see either of those scenes and get a point (or multiple) in the respective category. Currently you can mix up as you like.
At some point you will be locked into a route. And as already said, just having two savefiles will give you access to all scenes.
When it comes to Side-LIs, those are basically your decision. They only have Affection-Points, if you decide against getting those points with them, you will simply not get their scenes.

Dude... tell me you'll do it.
It doesn't lock you out, technically, but there are some choices that do lock you into a specific route even if you have only taken the opposite route up to that point, because they are just that significant for your relationship with that girl.
I would recommend just keeping to one route and replaying for the other if you want the tone and everything to remain consistent throughout.

DicksInSpace I agree. Another thing that I noticed in the last update is that the speed of the story has increased (which is a welcome change imo). Case in point, the older "Beach" update introduced several minor characters and had several lengthy non-erotic scenes (like the volleyball game).
Hoping this is a permanent change in pacing (not too rushed, but also keeping the harem within achievable sight).

The speed-up in the pace of the game is intentional. This has been addressed by BaiBai as a hinderance to the story progression so he's started to pick up the pace in terms of plot development.

There's 6 main girls, each having a corruption route and a seduction route. Then there's 6 side girls which only have an off-on route. Either you pursue them or you don't. The main goal of the game is a harem, that's what the mc is working towards and where things have been leading. Originally it was planned to have individual endings where you could pursue just a single girl, but that may or may not be dropped, give how much work just the main route is.
In the past timeline yes. The mc already claimed her in the present before any of that happened.
