Is it confirmed that the corruption choices will proceed to get more hardcore as the game progresses or is that just a prediction?

I remember playing this game when it first came out and thinking it had potentially ,but i knew it was going to be a slow burn so I put it on the backburner for a while and waited for updates to build up, now I’ve finally got around to playing it from the start to the latest updates and thank god I did because it’s way better then i ever imagined.
it’s very rare that a game manages to hit the mark on pretty much everything that makes a good adult game such as: renders, animations, writing And characters etc, but this game is one of the few that I genuinely think does. I genuinely don’t think there’s a single love interest in the game that I dislike (which doesn’t mean I love them equally steph is best girl) and I think there’s a good variety in looks and I find them all attractive. If there was only one piece of criticism I had for the game is that I’d like the two paths of seduction and corruption to be more different then they are the same, I personally really liked the blackmail path with Cathrine because it actually felt like the corruption path became it’s own thing rather then just some extra spice to the seduction path, so I’m hopeful for future corruption choices to be more impactful like with Catherine.

His obsession over her is too much to the point that he is acting like a simp. I mean there is nothing wrong about liking the character of a person to the point of an attraction, but getting emotionally disfigured in the near proximity of that person to the point of openly favoring that person in front of his girlfriend is a bit too much.
Mcs unhealthy obsession with catherine is arguably the starting point of how mc ended up in the shitty life he ended up in.
It destroyed his relationship with Victoria, turning her into his eternal bully in school.
The bullying became a self-repeating cycle. The more Victoria was bullying him, the more mc would flee into gaming and perversions. Which in turn would make him less and less like the guy that Victoria originally fell in love with. Which in turn makes Victoria more angry resulting in harsher bullying.
Victoria's bullying ostracised him from most people in school aside from leo. We know as soon as highschool roled around even Steph wasn't hanging with them anymore.
And once school finished he ended up as an adult who had nothing more on his mind aside perversions and videogames. An Adult who went through school without learning to properly socialize like everybody else did, turning him to the dark path he was on in his original timeline.
His obsession with catherine isn't the only reason for this. OG Mcs inability to really look at and emphasize with the people around him is also largely to blame, since he had plenty opportunity to turn things around and yet didn't.

Development update – New shading
I think I got quite a few of the things I wanted to do done for v0.7c. For next week I will try to make the new stats screen happen and then I'll probably start to work on v0.8 already. With the h-sfx I'll wait until proofreading is done because I don't want to implement those into the script two times.
Anyway here are a few comparison shots of the new skin shading I intent to use from the next update onward. I'm not totally happy will all the looks of the girls and I'll probably still do some tweaking until I start rendering the scenes. The new shading is a lot more color accurate which means that the old color values look very over saturated and the make up very bright which meant that I had do adjust everything to look as close to the original appearance as possible.
All in all though, I think the color accuracy is a positive and I also like that everything looks a bit more natural now. Another thing that should be better now is how the skin interacts with shadows which caused me quite some trouble in the past. Do tell me what you think though.
I'm also playing with the idea of new eye shading but I'm not so sure about this one as I think that it looks a little bit too intense.

Victoria specifically says that it was because of Catherine. And mc remembered just this update that he was still good friends with vic when he fell for cath. Because seeing cath in his class was a comfort when he was separated from vic by being in different classes.
The reason why mc couldn't remember his friendship with vic before isn't because of some brain injury. It's because to him it was 30 years ago and the years of bullying by vic left such a strong impression on him that they overwrote the earlier, fewer years of friendship in his mind.
Old information gets replaced by new information unless the old is a big enough event that it sticks.
I don't think Victoria confessed directly. I think the issue concerning the marriage promise was that they were in different stages of development. Kids can't tell real love from friendship love or familial love.
My theory is that vic got further along in her mental development and started to develop real feelings of love towards the mc. When she made him promise to marry her, he was still behind, not being able to tell that he didn't really love her, and promised it. When he figured it out later, he thought vic was the same as him and didn't really take the promise seriously. So when he fell for Cath, he told vic and didn't understand why she got angry because of his empathy issues.
Hopefully when mc gets the chance to have unprotected sex he will scream "MAKE BABE MAKE BABE!!"
Game is really great. I would only suggest to speed up game world a little bit. It seems so strange that the whole update with all it's actions consists only 24 hours. Maybe make them in several separate days?

just finished seduction path, I feel basically the same, I'm glad I took a while longer to play it as it has a pretty good chunk of content already, I always end up forgeting those that I play from the start and now I think it will be hard to forget this one. It's rare to find a game here that looks this good with honey select and actually has good writing with a story that I actually give a fuck about.
The only problem is that this last version clearly wasn't proofread, but it's fine.

I disagree. Squirting is great, and finding one more dev that puts it into their game is like discovering buried treasure.
Hopefully missis Clements will remain a squirter forever. She is just the best.
