I reckon its biggest differential is MC's more realistic empathy and way of thinking.

He's an average human being, not a dick for brains (just sometimes, like we all are) psychopaths like in 95% of the games, nor a pure, innocent and naive being that girls take advantage of sexually (the other 5%).


Having said that, I also like Sollvaley School just add much.

MC's mind isn't as realistic, but the dialogues are.

He's not an insecure guy, and he's not a manipulative psychopath. He's ugly af but he's very confident in a different way: not a smooth talker, he's just cool and down to earth, he speaks the inconvenient truth all the time and bro, that's another 0.01% rarity to find in games.

Anyhow, the situations and the dialogues are really hot, you can forget the skip button because everything is interesting

Because he's not on Patreon, and because the aesthetics of the game are kinda niche, I might be wrong, but the honey select games are often not as successful as western style 3D games, in my opinion that's because they often lack the quality, this game doesn't lack that, but it might still suffer from the reputation those games have, personally it's one of my all time favorite on this site

For me personally it is the problem that subribestart doesn´t have any other option than credit cards, I don´t need a credit card and neither its associated costs.

I might also be wrong, but I believe you are not allowed to use honey select to develop your own game (license infringement). Therefore to prevent legal issues, most/all honey select game developers give the game for free and cannot make money out of it. That's why they cannot sell it on steam. So all there is left to monetize their work is patreon/subscribe star support. You pay to support them (their time) giving you a free product.

Kind of disagree with you.
I think the hs game is more prefer to quality over quantity, as there numbers are smaller than the daz3d game the hs game still have the better % of great development when comparing to the daz3d game(since the base of daz3d game is too large, the bad develop daz3d game number is also huge).
Although it is true that the hs game is less successful than the daz3d game, even the most successful one, caribdis's patreon page only have half of the subscriber when compare to drpinkcake's patreon page.

The dialogue in this game is good, it is interesting and the interactions between characters are very good, nothing like other games where conversations are walls of texts that are not at all interesting. Maybe sometimes there are a lot of inner thoughts but I like that the mc can be "reflective" imo.

"Unneeded" is highly subjective. A lot of AVNs suffer from the poorly-written-undergrad-philosophy-paper syndrome, but this ain't it. I thoroughly enjoy all the porn in this title, but the reason I love it is the writing.

yeah people act like he updates once a year with no content. He delivers and the longer he takes the more he delivers. Except for the past few weeks hes been consistent with his weekly updates
