My current feeling on the matter is: if the dev releases an update then great, if he doesn't then so be it. I've never spent any money on the game and I enjoyed the time I spent on the game, don't regret it either way

Both agree and disagree. Don't regret it either, but well-written/funny/fun games are few and far between, so if one of them gets abandoned it bums me out WAY more then losing a super-average or unoriginal game. Like the difference between how you feel when you lose your sandwich compared to how you feel when you lose your wallet.

I know every where around the world is diffeerent, but after 17ish is college/university/job pretty much everywhere, and I've never heard of the last part before that being called "middle" school before. Middle implies there is something else after it. Where are you that there is more non-university school after 17?

The height proportion of people is unaffected by the educational system.

Chances are a 17-year-old boy should be taller than his mom and his big sis in any country. Yes, he could be particularly short, but the same would have to hold true for his male classmates, which is highly unlikely.

"Maybe he isn't short, but it's the women in his family who are very tall for some strange reason". It becomes even more unlikely since all the adult women are taller then all the 17yo boys. Nah

Most of what I wrote in the last dev update still holds. The game will definitely continue, but whether you believe me when I say that is on you (the nice thing is that nobody has to believe me anything, as it will continue either way).

I'll post another short update on sstar on Halloween, but it won't be anything to write home about. Mostly just a life signal with a tiny sprinkle of hope for the next month.


I'm really not sure whether trying to hold on to hype is a good strategy in general but even if, it sure as hell wouldn't be worth losing out on multiple months of subscription payments and pissing off a decent chunk of the audience.

And I also want BaiBai to see this post. If you think it is reasonable, can you modify it in a subsequent update? I don't want to put any pressure just a sincere opinion of a loyal player.

This. My graduating class was something like 120 people. Of those 120, less than 10 of us were 17 (me included having a b-day in July) and around 20 or so were 19 from having an late birthday or being held back a year in Elementary or Middle school. the vast majority were either 18 going on 19 or just recently turned 18.

I'll have to say no to this too. You can only be tempted into doing something you know is wrong if you were already leading the right path. The seduction route makes her question her feelings by showing something she didn't previously know she was attracted to, basically she was seduced by the MC's adult mind and behavior, rather than him physically coming after her. Her wholehearted love for Aden, a loser who doesn't deserve her, came from their closeness and not exactly because she was attracted to him. That gives plenty of realistic room for her to realize things she never consider: her personal taste and things she's attracted to.

The corruption route is the MC NOT showing that side to her that she became attracted to in the Seduction route and therefore her loyalty remained untested thus he had to employ more physical means to forcibly make her come to his side. And though "her heart was single-minded" (which we never saw cause she showed interest in MC even before you were gaining point for her), her body enjoyed the new sensations against her will, thus corrupted.
