And do mild and total corruption routes have differences in scenes? I have just "C-only" and "S-only" saves.

The last scene is the Bonus scene : Jacky doing her taxes.
You can always check the gallery to be sure as the story progresses further, but so far, it's just C-only or S-only. I haven't seen any different scenes for hybrid plays.
Edit: Another poster has clarified that there are some changes in a hybrid play although I don't know if they impact lewd scenes or just standard story scenes.

Excessive pornography and internet use can deplete the grey matter in one's brain (iirc this leads to reduced impulse control and literally lower intelligence, among other effects) but as long as you're sticking to cultured games like this and not participating in Destroy Dick December year-round, you should be safe from such negative effects

Well this is annoying. All this time I've been playing the 8HD version only to discover that it is missing the Jackie having fun doing her taxes scene entirely and the sound effects from the last few h-scenes.Right i remember, went mad with her Dildos
Unless I've somehow totally missed it (which tbf is possible) these differences aren't labeled at all on the front page.

Yes, at least a little bit so far. Corrupting Cathrine without blackmailing her has different scenes to both blackmailing her, and going seduction only. Though we haven't really seen that much of her since then, I do expect there to be more in the future. The other choice I didn't make on the "corruption but softer" save was not to send Alyvia's nudes to her boyfriend's professor, but that was only right at the end of the last update so there hasn't been any fallout from that choice yet.
It is near christmas in my time zone, still not having a update before the christmas

Another I know of is the difference between full seduction Stephi and mostly seduction. Only learened about it thanks to the gallery only showing the mostly seduction one, in the full seduction path she links her legs behind mc so hard that he can't pull out even if you pick that choise.

Happy holidays to all Twisted Memories fans except Malena fans .
.As a supporter, I really hope BB get through this phase and come back more refreshed to move forward with the game. Although, like BB said words don't mean much right now and it about actions. We will see if the update comes out before New Years.
i'm not even the biggest malena fan, but still would've liked the 3some option to win ngl. Jacky's tax scene felt slightly redundant to the first one we got whereas the 3some would've been entirely unique since it would never happen in the main story.Happy holidays to all Twisted Memories fans except Malena fans
