Character wise, Steph is probably my favorite.
She's the MC's first reciprocated love, his first real girlfriend, his "first time" (in spirit lol), and every relationship the protagonist forms afterwards he always mentions how he can't imagine leaving Steph behind. I also like how she never really changes. The other characters need a sort of "convincing" in some way to fall for the protagonist, Steph almost immediately matched his freak and continues to do so. It's fun how she's willing to go along with his lewd whims to please him, but also isn't so weak-willed as to not stand up for herself or call him out afterwards.
It also helps her model is great and every scene she's in is a banger.

Is there a scene that is not a banger? I don't know about everyone else, but I can't think of a scene in the game where I didn't care or just wanted to skip.
Although I guess that's because I like all the Li's, I can see how the scenes of a Li that someone dislikes can get boring for them.
I agree, I bet she would be more popular if she were not the first girl to be "enjoyed" by the MC. "Conquered" girls tend to lose the interest of people. That's why all those milfs games milk the players for years (some eternally)

I think this is actually why I don't like her so much. There's little there in terms of character development and the MC doesn't really have to do anything to win her over. The chase leading up to the kill with all the other LIs makes them more enjoyable from a storytelling perspective.
I still appreciate her and the fact that she's in the game. She's useful as a plot device, especially to help weave the idea of the harem into the story. She's also the source of great high intensity great lewd scenes early on, making this title less of a slow burner than many other AVNs which usually go from teasing to groping to blowjobs to abandoned with blue balls.
I just like MILFs and corruption, and she's not the first and there's not a ton of the last with her; or at least, the corruption is less about getting her into bed and more about a more subtle reshaping. There's still room for that to change, of course.

Tbh I wish more games would hit the lady teacher seduction angle like this one does. Corrupting a woman who never thought she would be intwined with a student rather than a cougar pretty much begging for sum wiener.

Disagree, harem is the only correct answer. Picking favorites in a harem is a recipe for disaster; either you love them equally or get stabbed by the ones you loved less. Learned that one from the 2 girlfriends bad ending of school days
