MC at first seemed to me somehow repulsive or wrong, who knows, but when I looked at the image not only purely with his face and model, but also how it looks in frames from the game (if it was them), then everything looks very good. If I'm interpreting it correctly Jonah is the original person and owner of the body we possess as the MC since the description says they had an accident that put them in a coma, like in the current builds of the game.

Why not? you can fuck everything male and female, stranger and related, tall and skinny, short and chunky, angels and demons but pregnant chicks are a step too far?
We want to see our sexual progression and pregnancy is the best way to see it. I don't want to keep fucking girls everyday and see that nothing changes in our relationship especially in a porn game lol. I am not into pregnancy sex that much but having a child with other Lis is a very good addition as we get to see something interesting, wholesome and new rather than same old ass seduce chick, fuck them, then end the game.

Doesn't that mean that the moment the MC gets reincarnated, Jonah will disappear from the in-game world and MC takes his place with his new body? Seems like a waste, right?

Well that's how it always was since the first version we are just now getting "backstory" for the person we used to be. Plus we may meet/fuck the in a vision/dream when our souls meet up at one point later in game. The one Angel we meet does say that what's happening to us is only temporary and the host may reject us at some point

Before the remake, I think the MC reincarnated only in soul and didn't keep his appearance from before he died. You can see in the family photos that the MC looks the same before and after the coma (even after MC takes hold of his body). I don't think we're gonna see much of his old self before he died. He's just a 50 year old scumbag IIRC according to the story so I don't think we'll see much action even in visions. Fingers crossed, Jonah simply turns out to be a long lost brother of the family that was thought to be almost clinically dead or something.
I think Jonah still exist in the game and Mc definitely doesn't look 50 years old with those previews. Both of them are definitely separate characters and as snats said we will get to change hair/cloth and body as story progress. Maybe Jonah and MC both got kidnapped and then later escaped. So, the preview MC is after you make some choices and story progression

Maybe but from what I can tell the images of the MC aren't his original body they are the body they got after reincarnation That is why he is with the family in those images and does not look 50 years old. The Demon put us in Jonah's damaged comatose body and it got fixed when that happened

Most likely not going to have pregnancy on release, im certain, but will definitely be added down the road with future updates. Now the real question is can we knock up femboys? That we will have to wait and see.
