Yea, I'm not one to reflexively shit on Snats like a lot of people in this thread, but I've always called out his weaknesses and on the technical side this has always been the biggest one. He's making more than enough to pay someone to just create a scripting template for him to follow and help with creating an outline/roadmap in Trello or something.

I remember I actually had a post questioning his spaghetti code and efficiency while suggesting this. I also wondered about his method of animation, as if I recall correctly, he stated he does the animations frame by frame in the game itself as I always assumed it was merely a pre-recorded video made in koikatsu.

Regardless, that post was nuked. I know many people dunk on SNATS, which admittedly gets kind of old, but the unfortunate fact is that they're generally right.

i think its not all about coding, i mean he never tease 20-30 of the new scene, how you can be sure he is already animated it ?..
and correct me if i'm wrong, i heard he didn't want hire programmer because he had bad experience with them, and tbh his reason not reasoning at all, like if you get one bad pizza, you don't want eat the pizza ever again ?.. (he doesn't even care about his subs getting what they deserve for fastest way possible)

Always the best games too man, it's a like a damm curse.... we really cant have a good game with a dev that delivers his promises...i know its ironic saying it on this site but for the people that support him..its sad to see..what a shame...hope atleast he wont abandon it, its such a unique gem there is no other like it...with this world setting and cute arstyle...with femboys and futas...

It's always the same pattern, in the beginning the project is solid with regular updates, little by little the author gains donors and sees his salary explode.

Then a weariness or a loss of desire for the project sets in for some, others it will be the desire to improve details or redo the beginning of their game now that they have acquired the necessary experience to do better while they have not even finished their project.

From there we have updates every 6 months or even 9 and that's if we're lucky.

Here we have a winning combo I think, between the gaps in terms of code, the desire to deliver a triple A with more than 100 characters when barely 20 have correct content, the tons of promises to each donor who wanted a character in the game, the big salary each month that allows you to live well without even having to think about the future...

Frankly it's seriously sad... In the end we always come back to the lack of professionalism of these people.

yeah its happening more and more to popular porn games, it such a shame really..in a way i can understand why solo devs or very small teams does that with such shitty life standarts and economy nowadays since the porn market is enormous and very profitable, but for those that give them lots of supports they could atleast give decent quality and size updates like every 1 or 2 months at best..but what can you say? at the end of the day, money show the truth self of people, i mean im not a saint i would think of the profit too, but that's literally abusing people of their money, by giving them with little to no rewards.

This game is dead af, it's sad ngl.. I hope the dev drop the update at some point oh smth, the remake has a LOT of potential knowing the old version, 'cause it was a MASIVE game in terms of content but at the same time so simple with the animations, and with the new mods and stuff for Koikatsu this has even more chances of becoming a banger more than it is with just a prologue.

New features and changes added:

• Sex Dreams, now everytime you sleep if you have energy a random lucid dream will trigger.
• Sex encounters, Random sexual encounters will happen with some NPCs while you explore the hospital maps.
• Find the coin sexual minigame, during the Bianca event you can bet with the NPC patients on the Shared Room, to win money, this girls will bet with you hiding a coin, on their hands or cheat and use their boobs, and crotch. watch out from this girls they only wants to take advantage of you make you lose all your money to make you do naughty things❤
• Priscilla winner of last character poll has been added to this update.
• A new skip feature has been added at the start of the game, during the skip it will ask you what choices did you took and then it will leave you at the start point of each update.

Added more Story to some events:

• Added more story to, Teufel(femboy) in total 32 story events, For those who play the game with femboy OFF, The story of Teufel will change, and all the sexual events with Teufel will shift to sexual event with random NPC women that Teufel will command you to fuck. (Those with femboy ON will enjoy both of them.)
• 35 Eugenia story events in total.
• 10 lucid dreams in total.(Added Discord poll winner events here plus a few more)

FIXES

• Swapped all the old variables codes with a new compressed method, because of this sadly the players will need to start a new game, but with the new Skip feature that I explained above, you won't have any trouble with this❤

Things to do:

• Order all the damn event triggers
• Add the points variables to each event.
• Add the choice variables to each event.
• Order the Replays by characters or updates (This will not go for V0.1.6)

And that's all I have done till now, I have been suffering a lot ordering all the triggers... I think this is what has took me the most during the development of this update, ordering every event, while keeping in mind every damn choice that the player has done in each event.

Unlike the classic version of the game, that ends with the mc just going back to his house, in this one, the prologue will be divided into several different endings. Depending on the decisions you make, you'll start the next update differently.

It's also important to note that completing some characters' stories in the hospital isn't mandatory. However, if you choose to finish the prologue without completing their storylines, they will remember this decision in future updates.

From what I have in my Story Script, the MC takes around 35 days(game time) in the hospital, but I think it takes more than that from what I have seen while testing it. I think if you go with Futa and Femboy OFF it could actually take only 35 days, but if you have them both ON it might take a bit more. Also I wanna remember you guys that if you are playing the game with Futas and Femboys events ON, you are playing the game completely, you dont need to create a new game with the options turned off.
I'm really sorry for how long it's taking me to finish this update. There are just so many variables, decisions, and little details to consider, I really apologize for all the wait.‍♂

This was an issue even before the remake, the plans he has for the game are waay to ambitious for a 1 man dev team, especially for someone who has very little experience coding.
Unless he gets some help the updates will always take a long time to come out.

After playing this remake I think wasting almost 2.5 years to make a 2 hour prologue was a mistake. It looks better but not that better. What's the plan here, 3-5 more years to catch up to 0.7.3? I don't know much about game development but, bruh, realistically, what's the plan here, game will be done in 2033, or abandoned halfway in 2028?

If he's already supposedly adding so many choices and branches this early in the game, delays are only going to get worse. He just said that depending on the decisions made here, the next update will start differently. I can't imagine how long the next update will take because of this.
I just hope he keeps the branches simple, maybe just removing a character we don't want to interact with, an extra sex event, or just simple story additions.

Frankly, I think the most efficient way isn't to plan the branches but merely to build the actual foundation. Make the game initially linear with the expected "canon" ending for the 1.0. Then, he can develope the branches from that foundation and adding the conditions he wants based on that, thus making it into 1.1 to 2.0.
I've tried something similar in my own coding, and trying to remember and juggle all the paths at the same time was too much of headache.

Even so, the "branches" hardly matter if the tree itself is barely even sapling.

No one got bullied, nor the the dev got bullied. They themselves felt that the old designs feels off after learning a bit more on character crafting in Koikatsu. So to make everything "on the same standards" they remade the entire thing.
