that's because this is bad sandbox. some devs dont get how to make sandbox.
in order for sandbox games to work you need "things" to do, you need options. instead, in here(and many bad sandboxes) this is all to limit progression.

what people need to understand is, sandbox is a sandbox. a playground, it needs to be fun, just saying "press the skip button until monday because monday is the nonsensical date i chose for that character to do this 1 specific thing that doesnt really has any real meaning".

the game need to have things to do, so the sandbox feels rewarding. character progression, currency, ranking with groups, missions. we need things that will make us want to interact with the things we have.

if all you have is walls, its no longer a sandbox, its a labyrinth.

I cant say i play that many Sandboxes (the only regular one is Power Vacuum which is pretty straigtforward). Can you give some other examples of GOOD sandboxes? Some more fun experiences might be what i need to give the genre another proper go. This game was ok in that regarads IMO simply because it was so full of sex scenes and various girls you could kind of ignore how everything was time gated though admittedly im late to the party... it was probably rougher in the days it lacked anything near this amout of content.

if you dont mind old school, one of the best games in the genre still remains true love story.
as for more modern examples i would point to games like four elements trainer(some books/routes more than others) and love&sex second base. there's also akabur's classics: princess/witch trainer, long live the queen is also not bad, man of the house is also pretty good, so is s.h.e.l.t.e.r(not the furry one, the fallout inspired one), cant forget aurelia is also top tier.
astral lust, lunar chosen, the princess and the tower, once a porn time and cure my addiction are also solid choices.
if you dont mind some less well implemented, but still better designed sand box, there's still library story, monster girl hunt, something unlimited, lust and power, park after dark, rogue like is also not bad, although its more limited in the scope of the sandbox(which ends up adding to it, as the focus is in actually being one of very few to actually gamefy sex scenes in a fun way).

if you want something more gimmicky, you can always try some older abandoned stuff like breeding season, and lab rats(the fist one is completed, not abandoned).
or if you dont mind rpg maker, peasant's quest is a pretty solid choice. if you dont mind more grindy stuff, there's superpowered.

there are many others, of course, but i think this list has a bit of everything. mind you, not all of them are amazing sandboxes, some are kinda bad, but still better implemented than TW.

what day does the update come out?

It's very unclear at the moment since before it was about every 3-5 months until an update came out but if you played this version to the end then you would know that the dev has said that they will rework the game which makes it unknown when a new version will be released. It might be a few months but it might also be something like a year but maybe someone on here knows more.

Some fairly good sandbox games on here include. (I'll warn if there is some NTR/swinging in the games since some seem to be really vocal about those parts, though all the games I'm recommending has that part mostly as optional.)

If you like RPG games.
Peasant's quest - involves a lot of breeding but also some beastiality if you pick the uncensored version + a few scenes with swinging or like one scene of NTR if you pick them.
A struggle with Sin - Fairly similar to the game above but does not involve as much around knocking girls up, there are only two pregnancies in the game yet with plenty more to come in the future. It does however involve a lot of NTR or swinging if you choose to go that route though it can all be turned of at the start of the game to completely avoid it.
Corruption of Champions 2 or Trials in tainted space - Very similar games one set in sci-fi and the other set in fantasy they are both text based so if you like to read eroge it's great if not well then their no fun at all really.
(A bit less of sandbox)
Futa Family - Great game if you like futa's and swinging/NTR can also be avoided but it's still hinted to happen in the background.
CataclyZm - Good game if you are into beastwomen since the game is centered around humans + beastfolk, also involves some NTR/swinging if you pick the options.
Warlock and Boobs - Great game that get's updated a lot it does revolve around mostly really big boobs a lot so if your not into that then it might not be that enjoyable.

Non-RPG sandbox games. (I'll just write some shorter comments here since it would take forever if not since you could argue if some of the games are sandbox or not.)
Hail Dicktator - Probably the game with one of the best stories on here my only nitpick would be that the sex scenes could be better.
My new life:Revamp - This game has been going on for years which shows in the amount of content and while some love it or hate it you have to admit it's a pretty good sandbox game on here though it can be very confusing to navigate at first and you might need a walkthrough to get all the content.
A house in the Rift - Also a great game with a great story and cast of characters.
Mist - Great game.
College Daze - Another text based game. Can include some swinging mostly since you can mindcontrol/transform pretty much everyone in the game so if you wanna transform your dad into a bimbo and knock him up or start an orgy in class then go for it.
Divimera - Hasn't gotten that far yet but it looks great so far.
Desert Stalker - Again great premise but not a lot of content yet.
The anomalous Dr Vibes - Whacky but fun game.
Degree's of Lewdity - Basically if there is a fetish out there this game tries to incorporate it.
Lust Epidemic + Treasure of Nadia + The Genesis Order - Same dev and their all the same kind of games though the quality get's better with each one and their released in the order here, though most think Treasure of Nadia is the best one here, LE + ToN are completed and TGO is at 75%.
Lucky Paradox - I haven't gotten around to trying this one out yet but it's supossedly great.

There are many more on here but that should get you some hundred of hours of gameplay if you wanna test them all.

All game companies capitalise on the “early access” myth. It’s an excuse to not take responsibility for lazy progress and also focus on release of micro transactions and expansions. I’ve seen games that have been out since 2012 that are still in “early access”.

It would be pointless if the characters didn't looked so different and he is also making new characters. The characters were also remodeled and the places are probably also being remodeled. It definitely not necessary but ain't gonna complain about someone else work. It not like it had much of a story anyway considering it was just a comedy porn game, so I don't care that much about revamp for this one.

Well to be honest there at least seems to be quite a bit done with the rework here from my understanding. Compared to some other games on here that for instance has been doing a tech update for about 4 years now I believe and still has another 1-2 years left before thats even done but I honestly have no idea how big of a change a 5-6 year long tech update will do for the game. But most of the games on here especially the big + high quality one's don't have any kind of incentive to actually finish the game since most of their income comes from patreons paying them to work on the project so as long as the project is a work in progress they get paid. So some of the games have been in development for over 5 years with no end in sight, though my guess is at least some of them will be finished in a few years since in for instance one of them the dev has mentioned that the game size is making it so that the engine the game is running on only allows for about 2 years more of content. If they will then transfer the game to another engine or just end the game there I have no idea.

On this game however I have to say that for especially some of the scenes there is a need for a rework since for instance when having sex with the mom, if I remember right, the MC's penis will look like it's entering her through her stomach when I believe she does the cowgirl position. Outside of that I really liked the premise of this reverse world since there really aren't a lot of games like that from my knowledge. Together with the fact that most games including futas with a male protag either have them do NTR vs the MC, turns the MC into a sissy for futa domination or the games that include MC's dominating futas / just having male x futa are mostly text based games or at least the to me good one's are. So this felt a bit like a fresh air to have futas + nymphos everywhere who all want guys, even though their all sissy guys pretty much. Feel free to recommend me good games where there is some futas in.

Pretty sure the people in these comment sections that are commenting "milking the game" have not actually paid a single piece to the dev, if you did then you can see the constant updates they have put in and if someone wants to make the game the best they can because they are not happy with the current models, I don't see any reason for complaint. Average big updates for most games are 3 to 5 months so to say they are milking the game is utter BS. The quality of this game is top notch and i don't have a single complaint with hopes they just don't get bored and continue to work on the game.

If you don't like that they are taking so long, make another game yourselves.

Sorry for the rant, just get annoyed with the entitled people's comments...

you’re not wrong. I haven’t paid anything (at least not for this game). Not because I’m stingy but because every time I’ve preordered games or bought micro transactions I’ve had buyer’s remorse. I feel like it would happen to me for supporting this game. Especially since theyre downgrading boob size. I’m also not into Loli looking femboys

The game is great I haven't played it so well for a long time even small details make me very happy definitely a big plus is the animation of the characters during the conversation a really big plus you can see that the creator puts effort into his project animations (sex) or sounds are very nicely done dialogues funny facial expressions she is also very cool.
and now maybe I will mention the little things that I don't like, namely instead of "brother Trap" I would prefer a sister or to add such options in the settings that you can change it would be very cool I don't mind it but it would be nice to be able to choose what, one of the sisters, I would also prefer the option that you could choose whether she will be futa or not and the size of the breasts a bit smaller and everything would be great things that do not suit me but you know everyone has their own taste ,
about one scene in our sister's bedroom"Jeanne" "game over"(episode1) improvement mods characters bickering on each other strangely
