Just like theres nothing to stop us from voicing our annoyance/irritation/frustration on the matter. This thread doesnt belong to the developer nor is it exclusive to only the ass-kissers, it belongs to whoever wants to discuss the game and right now majority of people here arent happy so thats what you are gonna see here.

If you dont like it or dont care to see it then I suggest you mute the thread for a few days until the thread maybe dies down.

The "issue" is that the prologue was divided in two(the hospital part is supposed to come out sometime next month) and a lot of the stuff he worked on during this last year was stuff that is supposed to be implemented later, like maps characters and other stuff like that. He did the same with the original game, when the first release dropped he already had a lot of stuff made for future releases, that is why the first 2 or 3 updates came out pretty fast.

You don't have the right to do anything. You haven't waited on anything. The developer said he was going to rework the game before he released the last update for the old build. It's not his fault that you've been desperately sitting here waiting on the update instead of being a normal human being and continuing to live your own life.

not really i rather have the plot going faster than having sex whit creepy faceless characters that we arent gonna se anymore but hey thats me i liked the rest like some people say there 4 really good scenes the rest for me they are creepy but hey if you liked them good for you

1. When you subscribe to somebody on Patreon, you pay to support them so that they can work on their project because the project they're working on is something you enjoy or would like to see completed. You aren't paying this monthly fee just for game updates, you are paying so that the developer can continue to work on the game and make it the best it can be. The developer hasn't tricked you or misled you, he's still trying to make it the best it can be and finish the project.

2. It's not meant to be an argument, this isn't a debate. The decision has been made, the path has been chosen. It's not going to change, the developer is not going to go back to the old build. You now either choose to support him going forward or end your support here and move on with your life. The reason you're sticking around to complain is because you've become emotionally invested in something that had nothing to do with you to begin with.

Does snat hire writers? Because the writing is god awful. I don't know why people neglect writing so much. The way he introduced this prologue and it's dispersed elements feels completely unrefined. There are too many things going on, too many cheesy diatribes and one liners. And the main character has no defining features to make them interesting.

I just want to pull my hair out when I see developers devalue this step when it is the foundation for literally everything

Having played through this version, if I compare it to the previous version's prologue then this is better. That said, I really don't like the addition of stats. Why the fuck do I have to make the angel hate me to get intelligence so I can later have a superior option with a demon?

The stats just seem like they are going to lock scenes behind them and force players to replay the game again. It's fucking annoying, no I don't want to replay your fucking porn game just to see some leftover scrap of content. Just let me see everything like in the last version for fucks sake.

One of the most frequent complaints about the old version was that people felt like there weren't any meaningful choices so that could be one of the reasons why he did that.
