It's been a while since I read about this game so I may be misremembering things but IIRC this current version was supposed to be the remaining part of the prologue up until the end of the Hospital but ended up only releasing a very small portion of it as there was some issue with variables that would lock you out of completing quests once in sandbox mode and he wanted to fix it before releasing the rest of the Hospital.

It was said that it would be released around December or January I think? So we're 4 months after that timeframe already and still don't have the Hospital stuff that was originally all supposed to be in this current version. So we're still waiting on content that was supposed to be released a long time ago. The previous version of this game before the remake updated fairly regularly and he was animating while programming but this time I believe he said he animated tons of scenes before releasing the remake so he could just code everything quickly but clearly that's not working.

Most people are confident he's just milking his Patreon for money as it's making a good salary for where he lives but you get some of his supporters from time to time defending him. That should be the gist of things unless my memory is incorrect.

I occasionally check up on the dev notes for this game and that sounds about right to me. Content that was promised to have been finished and released last year is still not done and we're almost halfway through this year.
I think the defenders he's had on this site realized they can't defend something like this, at least I'd like to think that they picked up on the blatant milking.

I like the koikatsu (or at least I think that's what it is) models and the facts it's animated instead of just stills. Though I've really only found this and Futa's World of NTR (and while that game has some time between updates, I can at least say that wait is more worth it than this). Really disappointed this game seems to just have been milked, had hopes.

Have you tried futa concoction? The visuals aren't like futa's world but it's also a really good ecchi game. And it's koikatsu and rpg tho.

Honestly credit where credit's due the guy uses a lot of mods to make the game look as good as it does, but if someone put in the work for it and literally just copied it with a somewhat different story back drop to avoid plagiarism claims, they'd probably see a lot of success cuz this is the only game that really has all this stuff and looks this good. The main character is kind of feminine sure, but not so girly that you feel gay playing as him, he's not a futa, and you're on top the most of the time. It has traps, futas and incest. Every type of freak is here, and any attempts to copycat I've seen so far suck

Seriously, I hate it when a developer starts doing a REMAKE of their game without having finished the Original. Not only does it kill the Original and leave it without new content, but you also have to wait at least THREE YEARS for the REMAKE to have enough content to make it playable.

I think they are updating the game and not releasing stuff, or I hope so and surely will be a massive update, because there is zero sense to be posting sneak peaks of version 0.1.9 otherwise.

And seriously, every single game that tries to make a remake in the long run sorta of goes far away from their initial vision and end up killing their project on the long run, only a few actually do something smart that is slow the development of the game, and release a remake with a good chunk of the original game on it, or better than that, just update animations/scenes since the majority of games that suffers remakes are usually just Illusion Koikatsu/Honey Select engine, so when they have a solid base they could slowly just update the visuals and scenes instead of a full overhaul, if are going to make a full overhaul at least make it while the game is new so the content disparity is not that big, considering the time of development and update needed to even reach half of the initial product.
