I think it's 106 scenes in the whole game, not the update. And I also think that even the short animations like the adverts with the blonde girl are considered a "sex scene".

So fucking sad what happened to this game. I loved the original so much and this is nothing more than a hollow shell of an attempt to milk a scam. There should legitimately be legal action against Snats at this point. I'm sad I ever gave money to this creator, because now he's nothing more than a scammer.

what a damn tragedy. We had something great going on. All he had to DO was continue the story as it is and then start a new one with his new software or whatever tf. Its been years since he decided to redo the whole thing. I kept an optimistic outlook for a long time until I couldnt anymore. It is often the same bs. Dev is on a roll with consistent updates, the story is steadily progressing, they are doing an amazing job, everyone is loving it.. Until the dev wakes up one day and says "hhhm this seems to be begging for a remake". NO it fkn doesnt. I was fine as it was. And then they proceed to go months or even years barely making any progress with the excuse that they are making a superior product. Supporters gradually lose insterest and stop paying. Dev now realizes they are not making as much money as they used to and lose even more drive. Leading to the inevitable abandonment of the project and therefore another promising story without closure and conclusion. All would have been fine had they just stayed consistent and faithful to the initial vision.
Brother! tell me HOW ever since the remake started 2 years ago we have yet to make it out of the damned hospital which was supposed to be just an intro. Doesnt he know the main target is the family?? Like did he forget? The main core of the game is the fkn INCEST aspect. That is the main hook! That is what reeled in most people from the start. Theres a reason why the majority of the most successful porn vn/games have incest as its foundation. IT AMAZES ME when devs get sidetracked from the main appeal of the story like they dont know the forbidden thick phat ass milfs and hot blood relatives they created is what anyone wants. NO, we have to go ahead and focus on side pointless characters forr lemmeseeee hhmm idk, how about TWO Fkn years.
This sucks! Porn vns been on a decline for the past few years. Everything looks pathetic now days. I miss 2018-2020 when you would see some incredible promising games pop up every other month. Some of which would turn into giants and others just quietly die out. Now all of the goated devs have lost their fire and rarely drop updates. Youd be lucky to see them more than once a year. All I see now is half ass cooked projects and poor quality quick cash grabs. How can I tell? Experience. This is embarrassing to admit, but a decade of gooning and media consumption has given me the ability to determine with nearly 100% accuracy the quality of a product by just glancing at few screenshots and the vibe it gives off.
Perhaps this new drama with porn game censoring thats been going on thanks to CollectiveShout will shine a powerful light on this niche community of pervs and bring forth the birth of talented unique minds that will push us forward into a new age of porn games. That is ofc assuming the people in power dont grow further in control dictating what and what not we should be putting our money on. Scary times.

It really sucks to see game devs get so much support and then rest on their laurels for infinity. I don't like to generalize, but it's certainly a self-serving decision to pad out an intro for over a year instead of advancing the story without explaining to your supporters why you think that is the best move for the project.

The only reason I can think of is that Snats has no real reason to move the story forward if his support is so vast that he could do practically whatever he wishes. (The Jeanne redesign included in these many dubious decisions)

Hoping for not a Bones Tales: The Manor repeat, but I'm not holding my breath.

It's unfortunate that there's still clipping issues with the mcs dick during some of the scenes, like when he's the hospital and jill is having him stretch or at the very start of the game during some of those sex scenes. I get there's gonna be clipping issues and other issues but it took almost a year to update this game. Although, I am grateful for a ton of new content so now there's a reason to play the new version of the game.

I kinda like the game, still having some fun with it. I really liked the opening part, when it was character black and white and you meet the angel. After that, it wasn’t as fun until you get out of hell
The biggest issue for me is that the game doesn’t really story progress much, and if you cut out all the ad-time, the story would probably move along a lot more
I mean, I don’t really have a problem with it, but like… we’ve seen so many updates already and we’re still stuck in the hospital , In the old version, we left the hospital on the first day we woke up

you still in the hospital and most of the new sex scene is quick 1 animation gifs he probably did all of them within a week. Honestly if you can just get a save file and dont waste your time.

Two years aint enough? If he just put placeholder for most of the new sex scenes and gunned for where the previous remake was at, it would have been infinitely better than 2 years to still be at the beginning with no actual content

If by unique you mean three preset bodies made 100 times with slightly different faces and some outfits/hair styles/free tattoo overlays ripped off from bepis, then sure. (Half of which he got his supports to shell out $150 per for a cameo appearance 5 years from now... there are high end koikatsu card creators who don't chanrge even half that much) Why do you think Jeanne has the same preset "futa" body type as the others now?

I'm not shit talking you, but pointing it out. These aren't some high effort creations he made. You see actually skilled people whipping up actual high end chracter cards and give it out for people to enjoy for free on the koikatsu discord a few times a week along with people new to it sharing their works too. Snats has had a half decade and his characters are somehow lazier than ever in their creation and design. They're just more "polished."

Can you elaborate on "Patch" vs what v0.1.9 is supposed to be?

And... I don't know that Snats spends any time reading here, so I'm not sure that our complaints would have an effect on his morale like the same complaints coming from those that support him monitarily.
