Patron is not a fan of incest content and any types of adult content with any hints of it was hit with a sledgehammer.

Upon playing both the og and the remake I gotta say the remake definitely feels more polished visually (I dont care what you say, all the new models look smoking with improvements across the bord) admittedly at the cost of lest content, but what really sold the remake to me was the improved dialog, I genially found it fun and funny to the point I personally didn't mind the slow burn nature of the level of lewdness (dream sequences aside) as the dialog was amusing.

I will admit I played the remake before the og as it was my enjoyment of the remake that made me check out the older version as I was having fun with the world and I was quite surprised by just how little hell and hospital content was in the original as well as seeing all the content that's post hospital and at home, comparatively speaking the two earlier places are definitely a lot more flushed out in the remake at the cost of a slower pace (things like the hell plot being better established as well as stuff like protags cute "dad" being introduced as well as spending a little but of time with the "protags" traps I mean sissys I mean future boy wives I mean friends) Definitely feels like its going to take longer to develop this way but you have to admit, as long as the game doesn't get dropped/abandoned this way will end up with a better game even if it will take years.

I dont know how many of these kinda games you play but if you ever played a game that let you customize the protags "relationship" with their "landlady" or "room mate" thats pretty much a direct response to the ban as the dev can just say they have no control over what people write.

That and doing the whole "Patch" method where "someone else" makes a incest patch and leaks it.

I'm back and forth on it as I do like the story aspect and more dialogue for the family. Models do look nice, but still only a bit better then the previous models for most characters. What I will say compared to the OG, the sex scenes feel a bit off, the angles and how close to the screen they are for a ton of them I really didn't vibe with. I am hoping the story gets a better fleshing out as there are some moments that feel like the MC is going between his remake personality and OG game one which is jarring as it feels sometimes like a new version of the MC one second and then OG MC the next and back again for no reason other then Snats adding those new scenes.

I think one of his worst mistakes was making so many characters, I think he made over 50+ characters.

It's actual clownish behavior. Story in the reremake is still in the hospital, but hey there are 100+ characters that you might see in 5 years, maybe, if the game isn't abandoned, or remade again.

Undestandable but the dissapointment at least for me comes from the Restart it could been done better maybe a second fall into coma and maybe a little time skip or whatever to defend the new "look´s" so we could have "newer" content dev is not bound to logic in a game like that could been something more of a part 2 a full restarts feels like a rug pull for a lot of people​

but i agreeing that as long as it gets done. In 10 years it should be a very good game​

But the thing is those characters only could of slowed down development 2 years ago. All those characters have been done since like summer of 2023. It can not be used even as a dumb excuse right now for the slow down. It feels like Snats slowed down due to realizing how much money he's been making a month and trying his hand at more advance programming for overly ambitious game mechanics. Also making custom OCs for his Angel tier pay peps to keep them satisfied and the flow going. Though have been hearing even they are starting to lose those rose tinted lens.

With the amount of money snat gets per month, you can hire a professional unity game developer and finish the project in a year. For a kk game, it shouldn't take at least a year for 300 renders with 10x grinding level (it's not even daz).

There aren't any other similar games. The others that are somewhat similar have annoying genres like NTR, depressing plots, or weird stories (in a bad way). Some even surprise you with NTR gay futa (surprise) all at once and without warning, or the most classic situation: vaginophobic developers who end up abandoning the project. There are a ton of abandoned projects that were somewhat similar to Twisted World.

I recommend searching by genre and not by specific plot. What you might find are similar situations (like Jasmine's relationship or the sister's relationship with the MC) in other games, but not specifically the same plots.

Ye makes no sense it looks like a move that would make him lose the majority of his audience (he essentially left a story people followed for years in a cliffhanger, since the remake is different story wise too) people paid money for years to get the story to that point and he just went "ye let's scrap this and start over" a remake is done when the original material is at very least finished. Yet instead of losing supporters he gained them? I'm sorry is the Dev pokimane in disguise, who are these simps, pouring out their money to this guy, they allow this man to get away with devious crap like this and not lose all the income he gets from this

If you played the update before the patch you can very clearly see that the new scenes were cramed in to pad out the time in the hospital prologue with no concern for consistency. While some of the new scenes look nice, it makes the pacing of the prologue even worse than it was before

Here is some examples:

- Tomoe, who seemed to only be getting honier for the MC, suddenly stops giving you pills and visiting you at night for several days for no reason, after we go through all the new scenes that were added in the patch with all the other characters, she returns and we get the scene from before the patch where the MC catches her in the act.

- The MC goes from being too embarassed to call jazmin mommy, to having 2 scenes where he sucks her naked tits and humps her until she cums while motorboating her, to once again being too embarassed to call her mommy during the video call on his phone.

- What was up with those scenes where the MC gets "possessed" and walks around the hospital spying on people masturbating?
If he is being possessed by the demon queen to corrupt people or to gather more energy/essence or something, you would think that he would actually try to have sex with someone since thats the only way that he can cum, but he just watches, which would only make him even hornier?????

- The MC is simultaneously getting fucked by Tomoe every night, getting jerked off by Lars every morning, AND getting sucked off by the femboy pacient and he STILL is having issues with "not being able to cum enough"????

I just don't know why the dev didn't put these scenes after the prologue that we already had, at least it would make it seem like there was some progress happening in the story

Also the dreams scenes were so low effort its laughable, they come out off nowere, they amount to 1 single loop and honestly just feel like spoilers to what the actual scenes in the real world would be like. Fuck any feeling off build up towards actually having sex with these character in the actual story of the game, heres a dream sequence where you are all the way to the base in Jaidens ass even tho you haven't even seen him shirtless yet LOL

I am mostly assuming since the MC blacks out and doesn't remember roaming the hospital after he wakes up.
You could also interpret it as him becoming so horny that he becomes "feral" and loses control of himself, which seems to be indicated by the MCs eyes glowing a little (this also happens in some of the scenes with the family members).
Not really a fix since it still makes no sense that he just watches people masturbate instead of doing something himself.
