If this is what I think, I cant read Spanish, it might be a renpy issue with older OS. I had a friend fix something similar with this file here. All you got to do is drag and drop it inside the game folder it should work. It worked for me with games that would crash on start up, and then also games where the words would be all fuzzed out/illegible menus and stuff

EDIT: It will not work if you put the extracted file in the base /game folder. You need to put it in the /game/scripts folder for the patch to work.

You have to visit her in her room at night and spend time with her for her next stage(Or when she's on the sofa after work). I'm not sure why that isn't mentioned in the quest log, took me some time to figure that out.
