I added this to game/scripts/options.rpy

it gives an error at the start of the game but if you ignore it you get the standard windows mouse cursor
maybe it can help someone and it also gets rid of the ridiculous penis cursor abomination

See if there's a scripts folder in the game and if it is then try putting the patch there, can't remember if that's the case with this game since it's been so long since the last update but i recall there's been some issues with that.
