Well obviously because souls in this world look equal to each other, with the only differences being skin colour and body shape. The wild demon NPCs I guess are bald, because maybe with hair they'd look weird due to their horns, or perhaps it's to make them look more demonic, but also less important and hot than the high demons. But these are the only bald NPCs. The rest have hair, are masked or have helmets and masks on.
Yeah, after that, you talk to another demon lady, then crash-reset.
There's a message from Snats right after, where the game does a crash after that though it's actually intended or just left in, due to at this time, the 5 remaining scenes not being available. If the crash happens before before his message, well doesn't really matter.
it's not like a flood destroyed all his equipment and assets and models and everything he worked in.....
It wasn't flooded, it blew up (not literally) in October, 2020. Then his friends got him a new one.
