the game is baseless as far as i know i think there is a ero manga with a very similar plot but there is no direct connection to it that i know of

also if i where you i would give up on this game the dev is well known for milking people for money with little to no updates to the game the last update took almost a year to finish and it was the size of a update that should have taken at longest two months i say this with personal experience as i have worked on games and other media before the size of the last update should have taken maybe a two months if you where really busy but if you weren't busy maybe three weeks but no it took close to a year to get a tiny update out these things said i still think the game is very good for what it is and its a great disappointment that the dev made such a great product and then kills it by making a remake no one asked for and then killing the remake by milking his patreons and giving a pathetically small update for a almost year wait and it will probably take another year to get the next one i truly hope it doesn't but something tells me the dev wont change as I've had first hand experience of how he runs things on his discord and seeing that makes it hard to have hope for the game because the game its self is amazing and well done but its like its being held hostage keeping it from its full potential again i will say i really want the updates to come regularly but i don't think they will like we want

Should've just kept updating the old version. It's so much better story and content wise or you should've added a ton of content to the remake before releasing it so people would be able to get out of the hospital and actually do stuff with the family.
All in all, I'd say the old version should have been completed before a remake. A lot of the bitterness would be avoided had there been a complete product then the remake.
While I'm not personally annoyed by the remake, considering I found this game this year and played it before the classic version, I do understand everyone's beef. If he makes as much money as people here say, it stands to reason that he could hire people to speed up the process of updates.

i will say the amount of money he makes is not entirely confirmable out side of doing a few statistical checks of patreon and discord but those numbers would put him somewhere around $2000usd a month from what i last saw and as far as hiring a helper i believe he had some one helping but it was only translation work i mean if you think about it 2000 a month is enough to hire a extra hand for development but it would only buy one person and not two so i think he prioritized a translator over a dev which was kind of stupid also this is really old info it could be completely different now as i have not been to his discord in over a year and i haven't really followed him news wise ether so take this with a grain of salt
i also agree with your take on the remake it wasn't bad just un needed
honestly in his country $2000usd a month would be enough to set him up for a cushy life, good on him for getting his bag milking these guys. no real motivation to rush development or to complete anything since its been proven that he can take forever and release as little as possible. just like a lot of different koikatsu projects i've seen like hero harem guild lol

Well, there's "Bound By Lust" where you can also fuck women, traps and futas...but it also has a lot of other fetishes going on.
...Thinking about it, I'm also pretty sure it's updating schedule is just as fucked as Twisted World. Though I don't think it ever restarted development from scratch.
But yeah, can't really think of a lot of other games off the top of my head where you're in a situation like the Twister World's MC and you are the dominant partner, sadly...
