A new scene with the lizard girl before the tournament
A new scene with Lena during last day before tournament
Some scene when you let your partner in a corner and go to sleep
A Nice feet scene with the homeless girl (my favorite)
You have all of this in the changelog on itchio
PS :There is a bug, we can't go to the second area (the field) where we have the quest to do. It teleport us to the east gate

The update description describes in detail all the changes starting from Chapter 1.
This is not so much a bug as try of mechanic. In the future, some locations will be opened gradually.
