Did a quick replay of 0.38 from scratch, just to see if there's new/changed content.

For some reason, the "lust" bar for the player never increased on its own. So i had to increase it with the cheat (+) button on the right side of the interface to progress.

For some of the other scenes you need to increase the female partner's lust by holding down the mouse on the respective touching spots. Though the Lindsey scene should progress over time.

Get her drunk (30 intoxication) and come back to the apartment, watch a movie (anything besides comedy) and this will trigger a scene where she's asleep on the couch.
