If you use it as a sort of living document for your plotlines then that could work (although there are other better suited tools for that considering that the AI bots have limited long term memory and tend to mix things up) but be careful with it.My intention is not to develop the text, dialogues, or the story with the AI, but to get feedback from it, to have it cross-reference data, variables, contradictions, and monitor if I'm straying from the main plot.
The development and creation part is entirely in my hands.
What I don't want is to forget content, forget that I'm missing a part of the dialogue, forget what was said in a particular conversation. I will use the AI to remind me of these things, correct nonsensical actions, etc.
My main suggestion for you is to set yourself a proper roadmap for your next bigger features/storylines and follow through on that without letting yourself get off track.
And my personal opinion, as I've expressed it before, is that your last rework especially regarding the viewpoint of the pictures came with a loss of quality and content and personally I'd prefer it if you'd continue from the last version before the remake ignoring/defaulting unused values that you mentioned.
